I would deffo send it in even if it’s with the decision maker and they get it late they still take it into account and il give them a call tomorrow to check everything.
hopefully not much longer for you I feel like you are the one waiting the longest in here and everyone’s been sorted x

Good, you will have to let me know how you get on!
Il call in morning see if I have the time to send it off. 21 weeks ive been waiting this week for the ncs. Its now starting to get to me badly that ive been waiting a lot longer then people and when i ring they say its done in date order which it definitely isnt! Lol and thank you, i hope yours is sorted fairly quickly too! The waiting around is the worst! Xx

Positive post!

SC 2/12, called for forms 19/11.

Son is 21months old, suspected Autism and severe development delay evident since 6 month ASQ.
Weren’t hopeful in the slightest, didn’t have much evidence besides a letter from our health visitor confirming GDA referral and development delay, sent copies of ASQ scores and a week long sleep diary and “incident” diary. Incident diary detailing need for constant supervision due to poor mobility, no pain threshold and complete lack of awareness to the world around him.

Called today for an update, was informed that a decision was made 7/1. First person weren’t disclosing decision so called back using the options 1-5-1-4, informed that my son has been awarded HRC until 11/27! An absolute huge weight off my mind which now enables us to provide safer sleeping arrangements and meet sensory needs better. 7 weeks from start to finish.
Fingers crossed you guys still waiting hear back soon!

I can’t believe it hopefully it’s this week and it shouldn’t matter if it twins or single child should be done the same as everyone else.

Yeah i know it shouldnt, its a joke. I know il probably have to do a MR as i know my twins should be entitled to HRC. I have sent in lots of evidence to back up everything. But i always have to fight so know its going to be the case xx

my scan date was 30/05 got refused 04/09 done mandatory reconsideration same day and rang yesterday told me they are only now on to Junes MR. I Sent extra evidence off and why I disagree with the decision they lost it so I had to wait for them to investigate where it was cause I had it tracked and signed so 2 weeks ago I had to send another load off and a letter from her teacher. The unknown is killing me my daughter is autistic and has a curve back and hyperflex joints which affects her walking etc. has anyone had it done quickly a answer of longer just what I could expect I pray it won’t go to tribunal TIA🤗🥰

My MR is begining of july and im still waiting too! My daughter is autistic and got combined ADHD. She also has hip dysplasia, has bowed legs, bladder and bowel incontinence. I got turned down for NC sent of a lot of extra evidence so im hoping hers doesnt get refused too!
It is very stressful waiting and i feel your pain especially when it was a complete decline and you feel like you'll have to fight all the way to tribunal. X
