I cant bring myself to keep calling this time.round, but I did phone Monday and it was with decision maker so they say ..not fair people waiting longer than others at all x

Im the same don't want to call but it does get anxiety really high, it's also so draining that you keep having to chase them, fingers crossed for you x

Rang for the forms 24/11.
I rang last Wednesday, and was told it was in the holding queue, so not sure if it actually was, as that would mean a decision was made withing a couple days (presuming takes 3 days to show pending payment!)
Was expecting a long wait 😅

I might give them a ring then. I rang for forms on 27/11 so only a few days after you. Might ring and make out I’m asking if my extra evidence I sent was scanned on to the system 😂

just been on phone this morning to let them know & note ive got a couple envelopes of reports to post for my daughter COC SD 07/01/2026 she said don’t worry that won’t be picked up for a while 🙈
ive also put in for my son a NC SD 02/02/2026
I’ve sat here this morning putting together about 20 reports for my daughter coc since her claim was awarded originally 04/2025 SD was 12/2024 so made sure to collate the reports in date order to make sure nothing is overlooked I was so sad to read yesterday that a lady had her child’s whole award taken away completely after a coc but I don’t think she had sent much and they need to look at everything from before so didn’t want to chance it as made me feel sick to my stomache if that would happen.

Just rang and spoke to a really helpful lady. My son has been awarded HRC until November 2027. So happy for him and I can finally relax ☺️

my daughters nursery was called this morning by a decision maker. How long do you think it will now take for a decision to be made? I just get so anxious all this waiting
OC: march 25
MR: July 25

Could be at some point today. When I did my other son’s claim last year. A decision maker rang asked a couple of questions and said a decision would be made by the end of the day. I rang back later that day and was told my sons award over the phone x

So had a note on my UC journal saying they’ve agreed to backdate money but nothing about how much or when 🙄

I had my letter about the amount 3 days after the first letter x

This happend to me, I done a MR in December challenging the renewal and the decision was made last week, but I did a MR for my other child back October 24

I put in an MR for a renewal in November. OC was due to renewal 04/12. Is it worth chasing? I was just waiting for the 25weeks is it quicker if it’s a MR for a renewal perhaps or just luck of the draw?

Hi. Does anyone know the current COC wait times? Requested the forms 24th september and sent them back 15th October. So wondering if anyone has heard around these dates at all please? Thanks

Hey. My COC scan date was 13th Oct, called today and decision was made MRC to HRC, so relieved!
Apparently decision was made on the 3rd, no letter or money yet.
