Thank you so much for letting me know, i had to report another change today with my oldest now recieving HRC.

I am so glad that it has been done quickly for you, i will give them a call one day this week as i have a budgeting advance and will ask them to pay that back from what they owe.

I had 8 weeks backpay pending for tomorrow
but tomorrow it will be 9 weeks since I requested forms.

when will my next payment be? 4 weeks from this Tuesday or last Tuesday?

Has anyone ever requested child disabled element and care element backdated arrears to be worked out and paid urgently and had a response? And in how long please?

I just had a letter about my change of circumstances. They haven't changed the rate of mobility which I asked for, but they have extended the award date by a year which I had asked for. So that's good. I never got round to sending any extra evidence off. I think I sent the form off some time in the early autumn.

Im still waiting on a MR, my daughter has hip dysplasia, bladder incontinence, bowel incontinence, ADHD and still has to wear nappies for bed. Also as her legs are bent she has to have surgery when shes 13 to break her legs and reset them. But got refused DLA last year, been a whole year since i started her claim. But have managed to get more evidence as the year has gone on. Hopefully she will get it eventually if not im just going to do a new claim xx

24th will be your next pay, same as my girls. Then every 4 weeks going forward on the tuesday xx

Did you receive a letter stating how much they owe you? I requested yesterday for it to be looked at urgently and had the owing amount sent to me today on my journal

Nope! I only get a message back saying they can’t tell me how long etc.

Can I ask do they call you when comes to mr?

We didn’t get a call - just a letter over a week after they made the decision. Money was 3 days after decision

Rang today was awarded on 29th January same rates for 2 years

My renewal scan date was the 22nd December.
Claim ends on 18th April.

Amazing news for you! Did you ring or get a text? My SD 2 weeks after yours so I now have hope that it be looked at before the current award ends, just the wait to see if I've sent enough evidence and giving enough information about child's needs.

Ok thank you, I've never received any texts off them either, hopefully it will be as quick as yours but knowing my luck it will be a last minute decision 🙃 I will give it another 2 weeks and ring see if there's been any update 🤞
