@Gemini000 i really don't thnk it's fair how long we are waiting, ive seen mrs being done from aug onwards.

Silly question but can I just send additional evidence? I know that a decision has already been made since I have phoned. But I have not received any payment or decision letter yet.

Morning all i woke up to £1762.70 after deducting the Christmas bonus I worked ot out to be MRC LRM for my princess 17 weeks backdate to when I called for forms
Really pleased for her x

I imagine my 2 year old is declined as 1 week scan date apart But I have evidence to MR it with his paediatricians report and now he's been presenting since starting nursery few weeks ago and they have witnessed his behaviour I may ask them to write something to support his MR if it is declined

I will call today to get the accurate information dates amounts before letting UC know to start the child disabled element process

Hey. No nothing yet. When I called them over a week ago they confirmed they had the extra evidence. I want to call again but have no reason to 🤣

For those of us waiting 30 weeks for an MR... this wonderful post on FB can give us hope 🤦‍♀️

Awarded 25/11 - 8 weeks of LRC.

Did a MR as believed it should be MRC
and sent it off 27/12.

Had a text yesterday saying they needed to call me, quick call yesterday with a wonderful lady who asked a few questions and said she would be increasing it. Looks like it’s gone to HRC, so 1 month for the MR

My scan date was 13/10/25 for a NC
Ive had £2944 but in my bank today from dla but no text/ letter its been 16 ish weeks so would you assume HRC and HRM ? Many thanks!

Disgusting isn't it! It's from a DLA group on Facebook. It's great for her but I'm on week 26 now my MR is from July too. There's been afew from Aug on there and Dec that have had their MR done!

Me too! I applied for COC Nov 2024, rejected in June 2025 MR 11/07/2025 - still nothing. It’s disgusting.

@MrsBoo8888 honestly it's disgusting. We are all fighting for our children, but when we have been waiting so long it's even more disheartening when you see others being done in 4weeks

Hi I just phoned them my mr was 11/07 and they said decision was made Friday and I have to wait … he said I should receive a letter tomorrow :/ who knows?

Great news! I'm glad there getting through more July ones. The only way you would know tomorrow is if you get back pay so I'm guessing it's been awarded!

That’s what I thought when he said it but I thought we 100% were being awarded HRC before so not getting my hopes up. It’s just been the longest 15months! He got awarded dla mrc when he was 2. They gave us the award for 12years to obviously just keep us from not replying but when he was older I knew we had more evidence etc. it should not take 15 months to get a decision on a change of need should it?

I don't know rates etc yet but just received the awarded text so happy for my child ☺️☺️☺️ I'm quite nervus to no what the award is because I called for the forms in September but didnt get them back by date on the front and they was 5 weeks late. I explained that it was because I had struggled to do them as I have learning difficulties and wrote an extra 50 pages handwritten which took a lot of time. People who have returned forms late has anyone been backdate to original call date or always been scan date instead
