@SendProsecco hiya i read a few your comments my son is exactly same as your 2 and half non verbal ect.. he got MRc I Appealed it basically to get HRC you need prove his night needs as I sent in my sons melatonin and a diary of his night needs & prescription and they changed it to HRC when I appealed it my son is now 2 and half and I put in change of circumstances to add mobility on as you are ment to add mobility 6 months before he's 3 so by the time he's 3 if he gets galranted HRM they will pay it from his 3rd birthday I am still awaiting that devision currently on week 10 of coc fingers crossed &, good luck defo appeal it .

Hi ty for the advice… I have an appointment on Tuesday to discuss Thomas’s night time routines and possibly meditation at the doctors…. He will be 3 in February ( valentines lol ) should I call and ask for a mobility form now or wait a bit longer ? I thought I had to wait until December , sure I was told to apply around then when I asked for the original forms back in January … I don’t think I’ve done a good job explaining about Thomas tbh , I am dyslexic myself and I struggle getting things down on paper , it’s the only reason I can think of to why they are refusing him as soooo many with little ones have been getting rewarded with very similar conditions … I have feeling the Dla are going to make me go ahead with tribunal so this will drag now for another year . Will applying for Mobility affect that appeal ?

Just so youre aware Hrm is extremely hard to get, there's a flowchart and your child needs to fit every single criteria or you won't get it.

No, I'm currently week 13 COC, when I have phoned they say upto 20 weeks and some saying upto 25 weeks so I don't know, I know on new claims they still on end of April start of May dates

Hi, I have a SD of 11/06 so 18 weeks tmw, still heard nothing. Phoned at 15 weeks but still hadn't been looked at. Anyone have a similar scan date?
