For my eldest daughter claim the backpay went in at 1 minutes past midnight.

New claim for my youngest daughter and SD 09/04 and I have heard nothing yet - fingers crossed we all hear soon. I am too nervous to call up about it!

I called yesterday and was only on the call for 11 minutes total. Called at 2pm.

Not DLA related but put in claim for carer allowance 2 weeks 2 days ago and got awarded today after a phone call to clarify my earnings, just incase anyone is about to claim it

Seen lots of awards on Facebook with same scan date as me..Still no news at the moment 😩

Hopefully before the end of the week we hear of lots more award. I hope everyone is hanging in there, I know the holidays are tough and isolating. Sending lots of love xx

SD 09/04 and i have back pay showing in my account to be cleared tomorrow. I hope those around my scan date also hear soon 😊🤞🏼

Unfortunately not going to be able to ring. We’ve got a 4 year old who has hearing loss in both ears (currently waiting on hearing aids) and 2 year old twins (one who we are applying for) and they are constantly at home with me at the minute. I don’t get a minute to breathe let alone speak to anyone on the phone 🙈 just going to have to hang on in there and wait

My little boy who is 3 has the same thing hearing aids in both ears i feel you! 🥹🥹

he was born with a cleft lip and palate and his speech is very much so affected xx

SD 11/4 so 17 weeks today. Anyone got the same SD?
If I were to ring, what is the best way to speak to someone who might be able to help?know I’ve seen it on here but can’t remember?

Hi all still haven't reached a decision scan date 7/03 I rang Friday for update as its been 22 weeks, I received my first letter yesterday stating they are dealing with my claim and sorry they haven't yet reached a decision this could take up to 15 weeks, so looks like we are in for another long wait has this happened to anyone else surely this can't be right I rang a few weeks back and they didn't need anymore evidence.

Also I'm not to contact them they will write to me again soon as they can with more information.
Another few months seems like never away at this rate my son needs so much the last 5 months have already been the hardest for us.

I have the same scan date as you. Im going to call either tonight or in the morning. By what iv seen throughout this thread a lot of people are awarded bang in 17 weeks or the day after. And i think when you call options 523 are the best xx

Just seen on FB scan date 30/7 awarded on the 1/8!!

SD on 5/4 and only had the standard two letters
Will be 18 weeks tomorrow
