Made a new thread for those of you who need to discuss wait times and ask questions!
Please post your scan dates etc

NC = New Claim
MR = Mandatory Reconsideration
SC = Scan Date

Just wanted some advice is possible? My scan date is the 13th July, I’ve called around 3 times now and on the 3rd time around early September it was manually registered as it wasn’t actually registered to a decision maker. They said it would be sent to a DM but that was nearly a month ago? In two minds to ring and ask for it to be escalated? I’ve seen late July and early August scan dates done but my little girl is having another ENT surgery next week and that’s what the claim is about as she has trouble with eating sleeping etc. They did say it can take up to 25 weeks to me last time but I am unsure on why it’s taking so long? My sons took 4 weeks from Sep-October last year. Any help would be appreciated x

What number do the DM call off please?

nc scan date 22nd July I phoned up and my daughter has been awarded middle rate on the 30th September 🥲

When I rang last week they said it’s in a holding queue it wasn’t even with a DM yet and then was awarded this Wednesday I can’t hold me own piss me when it comes to waiting round am so inpatient 😂xx

Anymore 22nd or 23rd with a dm or decision made? 🤞🏻 my scan date is 24th July but I sent more evidence I found yesterday by 24hour tracked just hope they receive it and scan it to my claim in time before they make a decision 🥺 I think it’ll help

I’ve just phoned. Current award expires tomorrow.the renewal was sent back July 6th.she was unsure why it was taking so long but it’s with a case manager?! I’ve also confirmed his autism diagnosis and sending the report off asap. She’s sent a not to the case worker.

So the way things are looking maybe looking at end of July dates coming up next week

Oh! 😂🙈 yeah I called they said still waiting and not received the new documents on the system yet. So I’d rather they get there first now to help with the acceptance and rate. They will 100% get them today just whether they scan them in in time. I reckon decision will be early next week going by the dates I’ve seen x

Similar situation here, except our award ran out in August. The lady on the phone line was actually really shocked that we hadn't heard. She put me through to the decision making dept. They were equally confused as to why a decision hasn't been made, so she is going to chase it. She was very nice, very apologetic.

I've been on the call for 40 minutes - I think I've left it to late as it usually only takes 15 minutes for them to answer any other time😫😫

ahhhh still a while to go they may answer I’m on call now at 24mins just to see if they got and uploaded my documents x
