Made a new thread for those of you who need to discuss wait times and ask questions!
Please post your scan dates etc

NC = New Claim
MR = Mandatory Reconsideration
SC = Scan Date

Im waiting on outcome of my DD's renewal due 29/09/2026

Just me calling up again at the end of the day hoping I get through🤣 rang yesterday at 11am no decision so figured I’d ring at the end of the day, SD 17/7 so should be close

My son is 14 so I set up a Gov.uk one log in account, it shows proof of benifits ect. It showed up on there around 2pm today.

It also let me view his award letter.

I think you can set up account for any child over 12.

Congratulations and I hope you got the outcome you wanted. My SD same as yours so fx not too long. It’s going to be a long weekend as I’m sure i wont hear anything then.

How do you do this?

Gov.uk One log in.

It will tell you how to register in my sons name . I needed to scan his passport, the scan his face for verification.
Once account was set up I then just logged on and check benifit section.

Hello, new to this I was sent my forms out February but as life got busy and things were happening with my young one (transitioning to secondary school, ehcp meetings, ISP meetings and the intense emotional deregulation) I didn’t send forms until 14/9/26 but I received two texts today 3 hours apart that they have received it it’s gonna be a long wait how do you all keep yourself from going mad

I was doing that as well wasn’t showing up Wednesday early hours and then when I checked in the normal morning nothing then again to pay a bill and it was showing as pending for Thursday

I’m not sure when I was awarded but I had no text message just a pending payment from DLA my SC is 16/07

I used to the love the weekends and now I hate them🤣 no updates from anyone regarding recieving a decision so can't see the dates moving along. I'm sad and pathetic I know😫🤣

I’ve kept my head busy sorting through all my clothes and 3 boys clothes and their toys etc that they no longer fit, wear or want. I’m now overwhelmed and overstimulated by the black bags cos I haven’t taken them to the tip
