I've returned to SW this week.

I lost 6 stone 3 years ago and have gained three back.
Despite my best attempts at calorie counting, fasting etc, SW is the only thing that I can stick to consistently and that works

So I am back to it, having a great week good wise and feeling very motivated
Gaining so much back has been awful and I miss how good I felt when I was slimmer

So if anyone is joining or a member maybe we could have a thread where we can share ideas, keep each other motivated and offer support ?

Hi. Sorry Mia should've said congrats on your beautiful baby Grin. Just to let you know I had a surprisingly good week and reached my 1 stone target BUT this week was very stressful work etc and I knew I was making bad choices. I've put a pound on, but I know I can start again next week and pull it all back again. That's the thing with SW for me, I accept that sometimes I won't be able to do it and will gain a little, but I also accept that I will be able to get back on plan because it's not sooo restricting

Hey Raider! Good to see you're still here. How you getting on?

Still here too, we are all plodding on aren't we which is great as its very hard if you stay the same or gain a bit, i have done good this week, 3 lb off yayy which as i stayed the same last week is a big boost.
Raider, you will have niceshiney hair if you brush for your full 10,000 steps 😁

Well done Eccles! Hoping to lose 1lb to get my 1 stone award on Monday.

Was craving all the bad stuff yesterday, but had a bacon, lettuce and tomato pitta and a Fibre One lemon drizzle bar for lunch which felt indulgent but was all on plan.

Not hitting 10000 steps yet, but have gone from 3-4000 a day average to 5-6000. Discovered today it doesn’t register steps when using most of the outdoor gym equipment at the local park, so I only recorded 3900 steps but did a little workout on top. Obviously I need to brush my hair at the same time... Grin
