They do! I'm actually a secondary school teacher (albeit on maternity leave with DD) but trying to home educate my YR DS is tipping me over the edge.

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/05/2020 13:18

everyone needs treats and drinks sometimes and I think being a teacher and would be wedding days are very reasonable excuses! not sure really what my excuse has been today, I'm not thaaat much over syns but staying on plan hasn't gone well..

L - bacon and cheese in a muffin (hea and counting as heb even though it wasn't wholemeal, one won't hurt?!)

T - more of those iceland nuggets with frozen chips because I just can't be bothered, haven't decided how many to have but the chips are 2.5 syns, maybe 6 nuggets for 6 syns

S - where it all has gone wrong, two slices of banana bread (7 syns), packet of crisps (6.5 syns) and two hi-fi bars (6 syns) - fml Blush

need to try and be better tomorrow!!

JingleAndTonic · 23/05/2020 16:51

i should say i did do run 1 of couch to 5k today so that must count for something and negate at least the packet of crisps.. Grin

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/05/2020 17:16

Only slightly over syns

And yes the bread is the fibre. Brown 1.8 - white 1.2

So .6 diff. The bread is a b so get enough fibre bur both 6 syns worth

So I don’t think it makes a diff whether white or brown sometimes

Thank you. I've just given up breastfeeding 7.5 month old DD which I think has helped. I remember the same happened after I stopped with my DS. I'm definitely not one of those lucky people who lose all their baby weight just by feeding the baby.
