I basically eat huge amounts of fruit and veg with each meal and for snacks.
Yesterday
B pear, banana, fat free plain Greek yogurt
L diced tomatoes and garlic on wholemeal toast, peach, slice of melon, strawberries and grapes
D barbecue so had chicken skewer, lamb skewer, new potatoes, huge salad of lettuce, cucumber, celery, radishes, tomatoes, peppers, fresh chilli, herbs
S banana, grapes
Today
B pear, plum, zero fat Greek yogurt
L leftover chicken skewer, potatoes, salad, strawberries
D poached eggs with asparagus, wholemeal toast
I feel like I eat a lot but have lost nearly 3 stone and haven't gained at all during lockdown. I have been exercising as well, an hour + walk every day and half an hour yoga.
