Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

@Blondeshavemorefun ooh yum brownies, 6 syns isn't bad either maybe I should make some..

@troppibambini I think everyone has at least one type of eggs they struggle with! I can't do poached eggs to save my life and boiled eggs are even worse, always want them runny but it either ends up the whole thing is runny including the white or hard-boiled Confused

had an absolute mare with my pitta at lunch and threw half of it on the floor while the other half landed on the grill door, cheese side down, it was such a mess Sad ate it anyway though because I was starving, promise my floor is clean!!

So far today:
Breakfast - 2 rashers of turkey bacon and 2 boiled eggs
Snack - pear and banana
Lunch - chicken salad in pitta
Dinner - will be Gousto (Joe Wicks turkey bolognaise) with a massive glass of wine.

3lbs off on first weigh in - I’m happy with that, I haven’t felt hungry or deprived so happy to be a slow and steady loser Grin!

@Blondeshavemorefun - yum, brownies!
@troppibambini - that salad looks tremaze!
@supersalmon1 - that Gousto meal sounds nice!

B Dorset cereal (hexb) banana, yog (0.5)
L - leftover crust less veg quiche
D pasta arrabiatta, salad and HEXA cheese

Have about 6 or 7 syns to treat myself later!

L - egg mayo sandwich (heb and 1 syn) with an apple, pear and packet of quavers (4.5 syns)

T - iceland chicken nuggets (6 syns for 6 nuggets) with chips and carrot chips topped with cheese (hea), I might fry some onion and spinach and pepper to top the chips with to try and up the speed too

S - some strawberries

bit carb-heavy for me today so I might try and have an SP day again tomorrow as a last push before weighing on fri!

Breakfast - turkey bacon and tomato omelette
Lunch - some cold meats and some fruit and fat free yoghurt
(not together)
Dinner will be sweet chilli jumbo prawn sushi bowl. Might mix it up with a (large) gin and tonic rather than wine.

Breakfast - muesli (hexb) banana and yog (0.5)
Lunch - roast chicken slices and salad
Dinner - grill up - bacon, scrambled egg, beans, mini hash browns (6 for 3 syns), tomatoes, small slice of whole meal toast (3 syns)

Hex a x 2 for milk
A few syns for a treat this evening - not sure what yet Smile

So today I've had

The boss bought my favourite cakes into work today and I resisted!

morning all! my SP day plan is going slightly out the window today but nevermind

L - tomato soup with cheese on toast (hea and b)

T - hairy bikers chicken bhuna with a mix of normal rice and cauliflower rice and a couple of poppadoms (4 syns)

S - apple, pear and nectarine

also going to make the banana bread from last week again so will no doubt have to sample a slice just to be sure it's still good! Grin

happy friday, weigh in for me today - lost 1lb. pleased with that after the booze fest and afternoon tea i had at the weekend, maybe the sp day helped! going to have an on plan weekend and might even start couch to 5k for the 4th time to try and get myself going 😂

L - pasta with reduced fat pesto and parmesan (1.5 syns and hea) with spinach

T - cheese filled burger in a roll (4 syns, hea and b) with sw chips

S - two slices of banana bread (7 syns) with peanut butter (4.5 syns) and fruit
