Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

I've been terrible all weekend. I haven't actually eaten much but its all been junk. I've slipped back into some bad "food as stress relief" habits so I've eaten cake and chocolate today and barely touched my proper meals. Need to get a grip and stop it. Tomorrow I will behave myself and have a day that I am not ashamed to write down. Somebody shout at me if I don't please.

I’m sure today will be better, but even if it isn’t, don’t beat yourself up. You’ve done so well, you’re not going to make it all unravel by eating a bit of crap every now and then xxx

I haven't done much better today to be honest, not sweet stuff today but far too much bread!
I'm stressed because I'm likely to be out of a job myself fairly soon and my grown up DD lost hers at the end of last week. It wasn't her dream job, just something to pay the bills whilst she finished a college course part time, and she's taken it fairly well, but its still worrying. I think I'm more upset than she is actually, though she's really worried about her friend who has 2 small children and is now jobless. I guess there's going to be a lot more of this kind of thing as Covid continues to bite unfortunately.
But foodwise I've had...
B - nothing
L - pea soup (1.5 )Cheese (HEA) and crackers (4)
D - spag bol(free)
Snacks - a lemon lolly (3) and approximately my own body weight in tiger bread (about 3 million syns)

hello all am back from a binge..

well done on the loss @Hartleyhare1206!

@MrsAvocet I'm the same as you, struggling atm especially with weekends! especially this weekend just gone, we aren't going to talk about it..

I'm going to be off again next weekend as have a family birthday and then really I do need to behave, I want to flounce around in sparkly dresses at Christmas time and not feel like a potato stuffed into sausage casing!!

L - was so busy today running about I didn't eat until 3pm and got a meal deal, chicken and bacon pasta and a brownie, not sure on the syns but it was 700 ish cals Blush

T - lemon sole in breadcrumbs (6 syns) with reduced fat frozen chips (2 syns) and peas

will be much better tomorrow!

L - spiced lentil and cauliflower soup with a chicken sandwich (HEB and 1/2 syn mayo)

T - beef ragu pasta and parmesan (HEA)

S - strawberries and got some flat peaches to try

Well despite my terrible diet this week I have lost 2lb. I'm not seeing that as an entirely good thing though as I think its been stress induced rather than a healthy loss, but I suppose better to be stressed and losing than stressed and gaining!
Today
B - nothing
L - veg soup (1) chicken sandwich on wholemeal bread (HEB). Strawberry skyr(1.5)
D - lamb casserole
Snack - chocolate digestive (4)

B - overnight oats with blueberries and strawberries (HEB)
L - cous cous, chicken, salsa and salad
D - dirty fries. Except they aren’t really that dirty...potato wedges topped with salsa, spring onions, shredded chicken breast, coriander and cheese (HEA) and baked in the oven, with salad
S - latte and a mini toffee crisp (HEA) + 5 syns
Fruit and a Cadbury’s little bar (5 syns)

@Blondeshavemorefun it looks good! was that one of the Iceland ones? I have a creamy chicken pasta one lurking in the freezer but I'm scared to try it as think it will actually be rank lol

I’ve tried a few now and some are ok.

If I was rich I would hire a cook to cook meals for me from scratch or buy 2 meals a day so 14 a week 😂😂

And use a and b for breakie

Today's plan:

B - Hifi bar & tea
L - Promise roll (hexB) with quorn meatball marianara, cheese slice (2)
D - Roasted vegetable lasagne (includes hexAs in quark white sauce) with air fried chips and salad
Might have some oppo ice cream but I'm usually too full by the time I think of having anything after dinner!

@Blondeshavemorefun me too 😂 some of them are good but some things are just terrible, I tried the chip shop curry sauce once and absolutely hated it, would rather spend the 4 syns on the mayflower curry sauce!

@cherrybakewellll that all looks fab! your lunch for today sounds great, love a meatball sub!

D - tomato, onion, mushroom and pepper pasta with cheese (HEA)

Oh, and the rest of my HEA as milk in about a million cups of coffee, as a combo of the dishwasher leaking at 10pm last night and submerging my kitchen, coupled with DH being on call, meant there was very little sleep had in this house last night 🙄🥱😴
