Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

B - Overnight oats (B, 1.5) with chopped apple
L- Jacket potato (1) with cheese (A) salad and a boiled egg
D - Sasuage (1.5) mash, veg and gravy (1)
S - Kitkat (5), snaps crisps (3.5), another A choice

@Blondeshavemorefun that seems like a good deal, can see why you joined. I’ve never had membership before as the price put me off (I save the £5 a week in a pot towards new clothes when I’ve lost enough weight!) but I may reconsider.

B - Greek yog and banana with a latte (HEA)
L - cous cous with salad, roasted chicken, coriander and a couple of spoonfuls of salsa plus two satsumas
D - flatbread topped with home made roasted onion humous (1 syn) raw red cabbage, roasted veg and mozzarella (HEA and b)
S - digestive biscuit (3.5 syns) Cadbury’s little bar (5 syns) strawberries

My lunch changed to just lentil soup as the butternut squash was looking rather questionable!

Just had a NSV, ordered some new clothes and felt a bit bold ordering myself some size 12 jeans from Topshop but they do up!! Just 😂 had to lie down to get them done up and they feel tight around the waist but I know after trying the 12s that the 14 would be a bit gapey so just going to have to live with them and after a few more pounds off reckon they'll be fine.

Not fit into a 12 since I was about 16!!

Back from my hols. Well done on all the great losses.
I managed to lose a pound this week despite indulging in a few too many treats whilst I was away, and I am now only half a stone off target. Though I might try for a bit more as my initial target was a bit conservative really - to be honest I didn't think I stood much chance of reaching it so I didn't want to set myself a totally unrealistic target.
Anyway, today...
B - tea with milk from HEA and a banana
L - pea soup 1.5, sour cherry skyr 2
D - Baked salmon, new potatoes, brocolli and peas
Snacks - a shortbread biscuit 4.5 and an orange.
Exercise - Not done anything formally today but I coach preschoolers at a sports club on Wednesdays so I get plenty of exercise there!

@MummyInTheNecropolis truly if anyone had told me at the start of this year i could fit into more like squeeze myself into and nearly break my hips a size 12 i would have literally laughed in their face!

@Blondeshavemorefun yeah this deal is dangerous but it is a once in a lifetime opportunity! slimming world will still be there at the end of this month, eat out to help out won't be Grin

@MrsAvocet well done on managing to lose after a holiday! i can't relate lol

T - birdseye inspirations salmon (2 syns iirc) with SW chips and peas

S - just fruit

quite boring food wise today but I feel really heavy and look bloated so think I might have a gain again this week and doing everything I can today to mitigate that Grin

@Blondeshavemorefun yes the return to socialising coupled with the subsidy isn’t helping the diet one iota. Still, our country needs us. What can we do?! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤣🤣🤣

Going easy on the syns yesterday as I splurged on a maccies milkshake 🤦‍♀️ In my defence I’d spent an hour moving heavy furniture around at work in a boiling hot building and needed something to cool me down. Think the furniture moving and the 45 min dog walk I did after work might help mitigate the damage. Hopefully? My calorie burn was about 250 up on an average day (according to my Fitbit) So hoping that will help a bit.
It was delicious though!!!

@Blondeshavemorefun 1lb on for 4 meals out is pretty good i reckon!

my scales are on the blink, think they need new batteries as the screen wasn't super clear.. i've either stayed the same or lost half a pound, it was really hard to tell! going to take it as a maintain and hope that next week when i have new batts it'll be a loss!

think i'm in for another week of not exactly SW friendly food though, have had some really good news, champagne popping stuff so tomorrow is going to be off the charts syns wise! will try and then claw it back before i'm out for dinner with friends on tuesday for more celebrating.. 😂

B - coco pops and banana (6 syns, HEA)

L - sausage roll and lentil soup (8 syns)

T - flatbread pizza (8 syns) do you think i can count the flour as HEB?!😂

S - fruit and might have fallen into the biscuit tin and eaten a salted caramel twix on my morning tea break, they are amazing

I’m going to my friend’s for a barbecue tomorrow - I’m bringing Asda sausages (0.5 syns each) and a bottle of Pepsi Max. Hoping I can stick to those plus the salad and not be too tempted by all the other goodies! Today has been good though:

S - fruit and some chocolate with a cuppa later (5 syns)

WI today. Another 1lb off for me. Having a slow few weeks where it’s being a bit stubborn in budging. But frustrating but at least it’s coming off rather than going on I guess.
One more pound until I Hit the 1 & 1/2 stone total loss so hoping I do that next week.

Another slightly off plan day today. Had a family get together to celebrate my cousin’s GCSE results. I made good choices but probably still had quite a few syns. I had salad, pesto pasta, falafel, houmous, small piece of bread and a tiny piece of chocolate shortbread. Hoping and praying for a good weigh in tomorrow!
