WI this morning, 0.8lbs off, not loads but considering this week involved chocolate fudge cake, salted caramel pudding and a Mr Whippy icecream, I’m ecstatic!

Lunch with the in-laws today, literally no clue what it’s going to entail so won’t even attempt to write my food for today, as other than fruit and yog for breakfast, I’ve no idea!

Hope you all have a lovely Sunday xx

JingleAndTonic · 16/08/2020 13:24

Hello sorry been AWOL have spent lots of time eating biscuits and drinking wine 🤣

Sorry you gained too @Blondeshavemorefun but I'm sure we can have it gone by Friday if we're good from tomorrow!

Well done on your loss @Hartleyhare1206!

Yesterday -

L - sausage roll, crisps and a daim bar washed down with a pint

T - chinese and a bottle of wine

S - WKDs 🤢 no clue how I managed to knock those back in my youth, had 4 and woke up this morning feeling like my teeth were glued together they were that sugary!

Today -

L - falafel in a flatbread with some tzatziki and crisps

T - leftover chinese

going to be 100% on it from tomorrow!

GotOutOfBedOnTheWrongSide · 16/08/2020 17:02

@Blondeshavemorefun

Thank you! Just had three with my dinner so glad I'm staying within my syns.

I've only just discovered this thread so I'll post a few of my meals from last week.

Gammon steam (fat removed), roasted veg, sw chips and a fried egg

Seasoned chicken breast, cheesy stuffed peppers (hex a) and vegetable rice

Morrisons melt in the middle fish cakes (2 syns each and are quite filling) with mixed veg and SW chips.

What a great thread!

GotOutOfBedOnTheWrongSide · 16/08/2020 19:18

welcome @GotOutOfBedOnTheWrongSide Smile

me too @Blondeshavemorefun, the more we are allowed out to socialise the harder it gets! I have another night out this weekend which will involve wine and probably a lot of foods drenched in oil 😬

back to being very good today though! I've cancelled my SW account as I think I have the know-how now and paying £20 a month feels a bit steep so my syns are going to be fairly guesswork going forward if it's not something I've had before!

L - roasted red pepper and tomato soup with a cheese sandwich (HEA, HEB 1/2 syn mayo)

T - south indian chicken curry (1 syn coconut milk) with rice and one of those wee asda folded flatbreads (5.5 syns)

S - apple, strawberries and a light and free yog (1/2 syn)

Blondeshavemorefun · 17/08/2020 12:37

Where as I’ve just joined online as for a deal for 3mths then thought £20 wasn’t bad

Might make me eat better. Or it may not lol

But ask if you want anything syns

OP posts:
GotOutOfBedOnTheWrongSide · 17/08/2020 16:26

Has anyone seen the new 50% less fat cheddar in aldi. The one I've been previously using is 30% less fat and you can have 40g. I wonder whether slimming world will allow more of this new one as a healthy extra Smile

Blondeshavemorefun · 17/08/2020 19:16

Yes I saw that

Tho I’ve been buying the grated mozerella as lower in calories then 50% half fat cheese

OP posts:
GotOutOfBedOnTheWrongSide · 17/08/2020 19:30

I've never thought to buy mozzarella! Blush I'll have to give it a go!

MummyInTheNecropolis · 18/08/2020 00:21

I had my first weigh in this evening and lost 10lbs! I know most of it is probably just water and I always lose big in week one, but still, I am really happy!

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/08/2020 06:25

Bloody hell @MummyInTheNecropolis. Well done
