Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

@Bl0ndi3 well done, at least it's a bit of brightness to your day. good plan to just take it slow and start with meals, then if you need a wee pick me up then go for it 💖

i'm working a shift in a pub today to help a friend and didn't have time to eat before coming out so..

L - packet of bacon fries (salty deliciousness) and a pint of the good stuff 😉

T - a chinese, lol, think i might have salt and pepper chicken, chips and bbq sauce yum

Didn't do brilliantly today with my diet but oh well!

L - creamy tomato, cauliflower and broccoli pasta bake (a) with salad

T - fajita bowl with half a wrap that wasn't a b choice lol

S - a Hershey's chocolate bar 10 and also half a bottle of Prosecco 🤷🏼‍♀️

All in all not a terrible day I don't think considering everything xx

@Bl0ndi3 i would count the wrap as HEB, but then i'm a cheater, any two slices of bread count in my book 🤣

B - a tesco sticky toffee croissant swirl (15 syns lol)

L - wholemeal muffin (HEB) with a linda sausage, bacon and cheese (HEA)

T - chicken and chorizo potato bake (2 syns)

S - going to try and resist snacking today!

@Bl0ndi3 I’m fairly flexible with my HEB too. I’m not a fan of whole meal bread but love granary so just have that instead as they calorie difference is negligible and it’s full of fibre so no real harm done. I think the allowance of bread equates to roughly 160cal so I just try and stick to a similar amount of white or granary calorie wise and if I go over I syn the difference. Eg I have a white wrap which is approx 190cal so I just count it as 1.5 syns (30 extra calories - 1 syn is 20cal) and have the nicer version!

@Hartleyhare1206 and do you still lose well like that? I'm not super strict with things like hex A I don't weigh it and I use bags of grated cheese etc cause who can be arsed grating when it's done for you haha! X

@Bl0ndi3 I refuse to grate cheese, life’s too short! And I’ve never measured my milk either.
I’ve lost 19lbs since mid May and prior to that lost 2 stone in 4 months last year by tweaking my bread choices. At the end of the day it really all comes down to calories in v calories out so as long as I syn anything over the 160 Cals of whole meal bread when I change it for something different I don’t really see the issue xx

@Hartleyhare1206 haha yes I feel you! I have measured my milk occasionally when I want a coffee and cereal as 1 of my hexa - can manage it easy with skimmed milk I've learnt haha winner.

I have always tried to be good with my B choice but I prefer 50/50 bread to wholemeal so do have that usually otherwise I end up buying like 2 different loaves of bread for me and OH/DS.

D - Pizza Hut 🍕🤷🏼‍♀️
S - pringles, Hershey's strawberry chocolate bar and the last half glass of my rose prosecco lol

Yesterday

B - coffee boiled eggs and an apple
D - chilli and rice
S - Pringles and basically a full bottle of rose prosecco lol

Not a good weekend but actually not that terrible either I guess.

Emotionally not doing so good but channelling that best I can into motivation. Done two big walks last couple days so been getting exercise in at least

have been naughty but drawing the line after today, will face the music on friday and behave myself going forward!

yesterday-

B - toast and butter

L - cheese and garlic mayo toastie

T - pepperoni pizza and chips

today-

L - ordered 20 nuggets large fries and diet coke from mcdonalds 😬 was pure greed though and hardly managed the nuggets! have shared with family and the dog 😹

T - will reheat the remaining chicken nuggets

S - whole bag of m&ms

@Bl0ndi3 - I’m so sorry for all you are going through at the moment, and I really don’t think you should beat yourself up about a few treats. Glad that you have the strength to feel motivated and have enjoyed some exercise - I hope you are being well looked after and supported, and if a few treats and naughty things bring you some pleasure, enjoy them xx

B - Greek yog and fruit
L - cous cous chicken and salad plus two satsumas
D - roasted veg quesadilla with cheese and SW chips (HEA and b)
S - a latte (HEA) some cold chicken and some chocolate (5 syns)

Let’s not talk about Sunday and Monday. They involved chocolate fudge cake and a salted caramel melt in the middle pudding! 😮🤬
Hoping I’ve sweated the calories out during this insanely hot weather and it won’t count 🤣🤣🤣

I rejoined group last night after 6 months off and have gained just over a stone 🙈. To be fair, it could’ve been more! Back on track from today:
B - raspberry kvarg (0.5) and strawberries
L - chicken salad
D - Mediterranean chicken breast with butternut chips, tomatoes and mushrooms
S - mini twister lolly (2)

@Hartleyhare1206 thank you honey ♥️ it's helping me to be honest I feel like if I can be healthy as possible I'll get pregnant again sooner so that's keeping me going.

I have been out for lunch today with a friend who wanted to cheer me up, tried to make good choices but the menu was a bit limited due to covid so I had a vegan burger with fries lol! I've had nandos fakeaway for tea but I was absolutely melting before and had way too many ice creams from the freezer lol

I'll be on it properly tomorrow... she says....

Yes I can understand your thought process @Bl0ndi3. We had to have IVF to conceive DD and I literally cut out coffee, alcohol, junk food and ate loads of good healthy stuff because I felt I was giving myself the best chance of it working.
I’m sure you’ll have good news to celebrate in due course. Well done for being so positive.
Icecream sounds utterly essential today though! Xz

@Hartleyhare1206 thank you ♥️♥️ I obviously cut out lots when I was pregnant including vaping which was sooooo tough to stop cold turkey after being a smoker for like 8 years then a vaper for 2/3, but I did and I'm determined to not go back to it now and be as healthy as I can to get pregnant again ASAP. I've stayed on decaf coffee and although I've had two bottles of sparkling rose since i had the miscarriage confirmed I'll be staying off alcohol too, diet fizzy drinks, aspartame in general and I will get my diet in order from tomorrow 🤞🏻

I've been trying to exercise everyday although today all I managed was some at home workouts with my little weights but it feels good to be doing it for a change as I'm normally quite lazy haha!

Morning all! First day trying to behave and it's not really off to a flying start but I've been up since 5am with thunder and lightning which lasted hours so cutting myself some slack..

B - toast and peanut butter (HEB, 4 syns)

L - pea, broccoli and cauliflower soup with a couple of crackers and cheese (4 syns and HEA)

T - chips cheese and mayflower southern gravy (HEA, 4 syns)

S - had a salted caramel twix 🥴 and will have some fruit this afternoon

Sorry I've been AWOL for a couple of weeks - having a bit of a crappy time with my employers and haven't been online much as feeling a bit low.
Well done on your weight losses everyone and @Bl0ndi3 I am so sorry to hear your news. Be sure to take time to heal.
I've lost 1.5lb this week but I had gained half a pound the week before on my birthday blow out week.
Back on track now. My stresses and the hot weather have reduced my appetite - every cloud has a silver lining- though I have just had some ice cream, so not so good Grin and we are going away for a much needed long weekend from tomorrow so I will need to be careful. We are self catering though so not planning on multiple restaurant meals.
Today...
B - wholemeal toast (HEB) tea with milk from HEA.
L - homemade Spanish omelette (1 for the oil) and salad. Ice cream (5)
D - who knows....I've got some turkey mince to use up. Maybe some kind of curry. Depends how long I can face in the kitchen!! Its not as hot here as down south, but still too hot to have the oven on, that's for sure.
Snacks - fruit.

Haven’t had any HEs today, might have a cereal bar later and will definitely have another ice lolly at some point
