Oh meant to say the slow cooked beef curry was a huge hit especially with the kids.
I only made a small batch just for me and dh as i hadn't made it before and I wasn't sure if the kids would like it... we ended up with very small portions as they dived in Grin
Youngest liked it so much he's asked to make it again today with chicken so he can have a big bowl for tea!

@troppibambini hope DS is ok! what a nightmare!

Also I think xmas will be a bit of a challenge for me, far too many treats on the go to know what to do with myself! I think my plan is to get as far as I can up until the end of nov then just let go a bit, still try and eat as good as possible but if I want some quality street or the co-op roast potato flavoured crisps (haven't stopped thinking about those since last year) then it'll be fine and can start again in Jan!

until then though I'm behaving, no crisps in sight Grin

L - sweet potato and carrot soup (1 syn) and a ham and cheese wrap (HEA, HEB, had a tiny amount of mayo but really not enough to syn, need a new bottle)

T - red pesto pasta with hot smoked salmon and some veg (1.5 syns), it could be disgusting but really can't be bothered with anything else

S - apple, pear, jelly grapes (1/2 syn)

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/08/2020 16:48

Hi lovelies sorry I haven't posted, my meals would not at all be slimming world friendly as I'm currently going through a miscarriage 💔

I'll be back on in a few days or so as I really want to use this time before falling pregnant again to get healthy and lose more weight.

troppibambini · 06/08/2020 09:12

JingleAndTonic · 06/08/2020 09:27

Happy Friday woohoo! Half a pound off for me so I'm literally ounces away from 3 stone to the point I think I'm just going to take my 3 stone award now 🤣 am on holiday from work next week so going to be a bit relaxed about food, eat on plan where I can but already know I'm having a McDonalds on Tuesday so can expect a gain next week!

B - peanut butter on toast (10 syns, saving HEB)

L - chilli and cheese toastie (HEB, HEA)

T - macaroni cheese and SW chips (HEAx2 and another 8 syns)

S - already had a wispa, might have a few biscuits later and an apple for health ?

Well over syns today and aware I've had 3 healthy extra As but I only had 1 yesterday so have carried it over..

Hope you all have a great Friday with some fun weekend plans in place!

Hartleyhare1206 · 07/08/2020 13:48

Wow, @JingleAndTonic well done! That’s fabulous! Oh and happy holidays too. Totally enjoy it and relax, there is plenty of time for counting syns when you get back to reality, now is for enjoying yourself xxx

B - Greek yog, banana and raspberries
L - left over pepper and mushroom pasta with cheese (HEA)
D - tomato and mushroom risotto with Parmesan (HEA)

S - fruit, Cadbury’s little bar (5syns) and a tortilla wrap cut in to triangles, sprayed with frylight and a sprinkle of paprika and baked for a few mins to make crisps, will have with chopped peppers and cucumber and the rest of my home made humous (1 syn) left from yesterday. Might have this as a “starter” later. Maybe with a G&T actually...better add another 5 syns for that too!

JingleAndTonic · 07/08/2020 14:47

Thank you @Hartleyhare1206, your starter sounds delish! Humous with any sort of dippy thing is one of my favs, lovely with a nice big slice of crusty bread on a nice day 🤤 was it easy to make at home low syn?

Hartleyhare1206 · 07/08/2020 15:04

Mine too. And I’d love it to be with proper fresh crusty bread!! That might be a nice treat to look forward to when I hit my next 1/2 stone.
Really easy. Blend a can of chickpeas (drained) with a tablespoon of Greek yog, tablespoon of peanut butter, 2 garlic cloves, squeeze of lemon juice and salt to taste. I also chuck in an onion I’ve roasted for extra flavour. Whole thing is around 5 syns but I find makes 4 decent servings so nothing to worry about!

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/08/2020 16:51

Well done @JingleAndTonic

I also lost a lb

Today had lunch out. Ploughman’s And cake.

Kinda Healthy x

Hartleyhare1206 · 08/08/2020 08:27

2lbs off. Hooray!!

B - Greek yog and fruit plus a latte (HEA)
L 2 poached eggs on toast (HEB)
D - not sure yet. As I’ve been disorganised and not planned ahead for it, it Probably won’t end well let’s be honest!

Bl0ndi3 · 08/08/2020 13:34

Weighed myself today and despite eating junk all week I'm actually half a lb lighter than I was before my miscarriage a week ago 🤷🏼‍♀️ I mean it's really rubbish as far as silver linings go but I'll take it anyways.

Going to ease myself into SW this week starting today and will at least keep all my meals SW this first week, where I can 🤞🏻 we're going to Pizza Hut on Monday but other than that I think I will be mostly in plan x

Well done on the losses ladies ♥️
