I've been reading your diaries and I feel like I eat loads compared to some of you! For instance yesterday was:
B: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice Kingsmill no crust, half teaspoon Lurpak lighter (1.5 syns)
S: banana, cherries
L: 2 slices kingsmill no crust (HEB with slice from earlier), thick cut ham, 40g Lighter cheese (HEA)
S: apple, pear, 2 satsumas
D: tofu marinated in Kitsap Manis (2 syns), stir fried onion, garlic and water chestnuts in spray oil (0.5 syns), with rice noodles, soy sauce, lime and coriander.
S: Milky coffee (HEA) & Alpen Light (3 syns)
Today will be:
B: 3 slices Kingsmill no crust with lemon curd (3 syns), Milky coffee (HEA)
S: banana, Fat free greek yogurt & raspberries
L: Frozen jacket potato (0.5 syns), with coleslaw (2.5 syns), grated chedder (HEA) and salad
D: 5% fat meatballs with tomato sauce (0.5 syns) oil made before and pulled out freezer) with pasta
I may have an options with marshmallows or an alpen light this evening. Or even both as I seem to be syn light today.
