@Blondeshavemorefun aah oops, I was reading the syn value on the app as 100g of smash powder not 100g of made up smash! Still not too bad, I made 14 instead of 7 so that will be 2.5 syns for 2 scones.

Ready to get my head back in the game 100% today.

L - butternut squash soup (1 syn for coconut milk) and 2 cheese scones (2.5 syns, HEA)

T - fajita chicken with SW chips, cheese (HEA) and some FF yog

S - strawberries, choc shot (1/2 syn), apple and pear

MrsAvocet · 06/07/2020 21:59

400g off, so not quite my weekly target, but nearly a pound, and at least I lost something. I lost double that the week before though and I do tend to lose more on alternate weeks for some reason!
Not decided what to eat yet today, though I had a banana for breakfast. I'm never really hungry first thing.

JingleAndTonic · 07/07/2020 12:54

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 08/07/2020 13:35

And the sausages weren’t great. Aldi low fat .5 each. And not a meaty sausage

Think need other brands and use syns

What do you all eat sausages wise

OP posts:
JingleAndTonic · 08/07/2020 14:16

@Blondeshavemorefun if I'm going for real sausages I spend the syns on the Richmond thin sausages at 2.5 syns each. Otherwise I'm a big fan of the Linda McCartney frozen veggie sausages, 0.5 syn each. I rate them because you know there's no horrible gristley fatty bits Grin

MrsAvocet · 08/07/2020 15:03

I like the Linda McCartney sausages too. I have the ones with rosemary in which are free. I actually prefer veggie sausages to meat ones though, and I am not a big meat eater generally. The meat lovers in my family aren't keen on them though, they say they are too dry. But I think they are tasty!

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/07/2020 15:14

I like the rosemary ones but want a meaty sausage in my mouth 😂😂

OP posts:
JingleAndTonic · 09/07/2020 08:17

have you tried the Heck ones @Blondeshavemorefun? I had them but they were too meaty for me Grin so you might like them?

I'm a bit on the fence about whether or not to weigh myself tomorrow, I was going to not weigh all of July and hope I see a good loss but I might just jump on quickly tomorrow to make sure I'm going in the right direction. Either way, I'm going to be extra good today!

L - more of the lentil and coconut soup, I put too much lime juice in though so it wasn't that nice 😂 and a ham and cheese pitta (HEA and HEB)

T - fried rice packed with veggies and mayflower curry sauce (4 syns)

S - whatever fruit can be scavenged pre food shop. I also made some banana bread muffins with blueberries in which are 3 syns each so might have one of those too!

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/07/2020 13:44

I think I did try chicken heck. Thought costly for 6 but sure they Tasted ok

How many Syns are those and the Aldi sausages normal ones

Thanks

B toast b ham eggs beans

L ham onion pepper ommlette salad mayo 1 Cheese a

T Aldi meatballs 5% .5 tom onion sauce pasta cheese a

B- coffee
L- steak, eggs, avocado salad, few chips, a piece of chocolate honeycomb.

Hartleyhare1206 · 09/07/2020 17:13
