Thanks for the dog love! She is a 15 year old staff called Bella she's deaf as a post and loves chocolate digestives although she's not supposed to have them she really is spoilt rotten by everyone Grin

Right, back on the waggon today.

B - Greek yog with raspberries and a latte (HEA)

L - tuna pasta with sweet corn, tomatos, cucumber, spring onion and peppers - dressing half Greek yog and half fake mayo (1 syn)

D - roasted veg quesadillas (HEA & B) salad and corn on the cob

S - I’ll prob share some snack a jacks with DD at lunchtime (3 syns) and a Cadbury’s little bar (5 syns) plus fruit

morning everyone! happy monday! have to confess i had a bit more cake last night, can't help myself, but i will not crumble again!!

@autumnredhead the cheese squares are 1.5 syns each or you can have 4 for one of your healthy extra As Smile

L - chicken and bacon pasta salad (3 syns for the mayonnaise/BBQ sauce combo dressing), might also add a few cubes of cheese for HEA

T - breaded haddock (HEB) with SW chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce (2 syns)

S - apple, pear and cheese (HEA) as snack 1 and strawberries with choc shot (1/2 syn) for snack 2 Grin

Monday - 300ml skimmed milk for brews. 1.5 syns I'm 3 cups of coffee so far this morn.

B - scrambled eggs and salmon 1 x 400g wholemeal. 1 large tomato. 1.5 syns for lurpack light.

3 syns so far today.

Today I met friends for, I suppose brunch, cos it was the first day the cafe's opened here in Ireland.

Brunch: omelette with tomatoes, mushrooms and ham ( allowed 2 syns for oil cos it was cooked on a hot plate with just a spray of oil )
I had one slice of brown bread ( HEB ) with butter ( 2 syns ) and a skinny latte ( HEA )

Snack: banana and pineapple

Dinner : beef and veg stirfry with rice. ( 2 syns for oil, as I thought fry light wouldn't do to get the beef sealed and hot enough )

So 6 syns but no sweet treats ....starting to miss them a bit less but would have killed for a glass of wine with dinner, but I'm holding tough for the weekend .
Not so great on the water today, trying to catch up now. Will probably be up all night running to the loo Blush .

Lunch - jacket potato and dhal - free. Lurpack light 0.5 syns

Peach - speed
Apple - speed

Really needed the extra coffees today as wfh. An extra 100ml skimmed milk - 2 syns.
1 syn in sugars.

Dinner - 1 x 400g wholemeal.
Lurpack light 0.5 syns.
Tinned mackerel - free
Half uncle bens spicy Mexican rice - free.
Tbs - Nando's sauce 0.5 syns. Olives - 1 syn

Treat - 1/2 fry's Turkish delight

(I didn't realise they're 9.5 syns a bar - thought they we're much lower!) - 4.5 syns.

total 15 syns

@Blondeshavemorefun, enjoy your lunch next Friday. It was lovely today, still very quiet at the moment but it was very well managed and you could see how much work they put into following all the guidelines .
Good to support the local businesses after their tough time but even better to eat out and not cook ( at least one meal ) .

Yes blonde ha. Won't be wasting my precious syns in it again... although I do have half left still though 🤔.

I'm the same though. More of a salt and vinegar crisp lover. 😋

Here we go again.... 300ml skimmed for my beloved coffees. 1/2 syn for sugar in so far. I know I could swap for sweetener and it would be free but it just doesn't taste the same. 🤷🏼‍♀️

L - more of my pasta salad which was really fine if i do say so myself (3 syns for the dressing plus another 1 for crispy onions), won't have any cheese today

T - flatbread pizza (using 8 syns for self raising flour 😱) with cheese (HEA), chorizo (1 syn), red onion and ham

S - strawberries with a fibre one popcorn bar (HEB)

Joining - I'm on week 1 of SW and joined a local group virtually.

Yesterday:
B - SW french toast (HEXB), 0% fat greek yog and strawberries
L - King prawns, salad with chopped fruit & 1tbsp low fat hoummus (2.5)
D - Chicken stew with pearl barley
S - Propercorn (3), 3 rich tea fingers (3), banana

Used a tiny bit of a HEXA for semi-skimmed milk in cups of tea.

Today I'm planning:
B - SW french toast again (as yesterday)
L - Ham salad with cheese (HEXA), 1tbsp lighter than light mayo (0.5?), chopped fruit.
D - SW spag bol (5% mince etc.)
S - banana, minimilk lolly (1.5), .... and maybe something nice like a curlywurly on the sofa later this eve!

B - giant proper latte from cafe Nero (HEA) and banana

L - toast (HEB) with scrambled egg and beans with cucumber sticks and cherry toms
Greek yog with raspberries

D - sliced of baked ham (currently cooking in the oven and sending my dog wild 😂😂) with jacket, salad and chutney (2 syns)

S - fruit, little bar (5syns) more coffee (rest of HEA)

Today was a hungry day but I think I'm ok.

B: banana , mandarine×2, Apple

S: Babybell× 2 ( HEA 1) and brown soda bread ( HEB) + butter ( 2syns)

L: left over beef stirfry ( 2 syns) from yesterday and basmati rice + a tomato for speed.

S: Skinny Latte ( HEA 2 )

D: noodles with carrots, mangetout, corn, brocolli and spring onions with garlic, ginger, soy etc .

Going to have mini maltesers as a treat now ( 5 syns)

So 9 syns but I may have had too many carbs today .

I'm trying the 8:16 fasting on my days off work ( I work shift, but part time so it will be 3 or 4 days a week ) to see if it helps speed up my loss .
I started at 11 am today and finish eating at 7pm.

Sugar - 3 syns (I'm going to try sweetener tomorrow).

Extra 100ml if milk for brews - 2 syns.

Lunch: Dahl and rice. 0.5 Nando's sauce.

Dinner: Sea Bass (in Frylight) , asparagus, butternut squash, broad beans, noodles (dry from packet) and soy sauce. Free.
