Today was a hungry day but I think I'm ok.
B: banana , mandarine×2, Apple
S: Babybell× 2 ( HEA 1) and brown soda bread ( HEB) + butter ( 2syns)
L: left over beef stirfry ( 2 syns) from yesterday and basmati rice + a tomato for speed.
S: Skinny Latte ( HEA 2 )
D: noodles with carrots, mangetout, corn, brocolli and spring onions with garlic, ginger, soy etc .
Going to have mini maltesers as a treat now ( 5 syns)
So 9 syns but I may have had too many carbs today .
I'm trying the 8:16 fasting on my days off work ( I work shift, but part time so it will be 3 or 4 days a week ) to see if it helps speed up my loss .
I started at 11 am today and finish eating at 7pm.
