Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

am now at 36 syns over for the weekend, i can live with that just need to stay sub 10 syns from tomorrow which is easier to do with the structure of work!

L - cheese on toast with bacon, fried egg and tomato sauce (HEA, HEB & 1 syn)

T - fried rice with lots of veggies and mayflower curry sauce (3 syns worth) and a teaspoon of sesame oil for flavour (2 syns)

S - apple, cheese (HEA), two chocolate digestives (8 syns) a custard cream (3 syns) and a fry's turkish delight (9 syns) 😱 someone really needs to remove the biscuit tin from my eyeline

I tend to do syns over the week, I do use an app that goes red if I go over 15 a day but it has a running week total so I tend to not worry

L: homemade minestrone soup, small piece of cheddar (HEXA)

D: salad, potato wedges, 1 slice (1/8) pizza (6 syns)

S: peach, Sharon fruit, banana and hifi bar (3 syns)

Total syns 9

L - veg soup with a ham and cheese pitta (HEA, HEB and 1/2 syn mayo)

T - diet coke chicken and rice

S - apple, pear, bit more cheese (HEA) might also have a banana with some choc shot (1/2 syn) as a sweet treat!

Have had a few green days. Normally orange but odd red but overall generally in my syns

Know they don’t advise over the week but seems to work for me so if have red oversyn day a few green evens it out

B ommlette pepper onion ham beans toast b butter 2 marmite

L veggie risotto and salad

T homemade meatballs and tom veg pasta sauce cheese a

S crisps 4 bar 5

D-spaghetti with tomato, olives(1), capers,chilli and bacon
Greek yogurt, raspberries,honey(1), flaked almonds (2)

Meatballs looked lovely. I think maybe my portion sizes are a bit out of kilter, I would eat much more than that... maybe that’s something I could look at.

B: banana, peach

L: pasta with chicken, chorizo and tomato sauce. DH made it But he knows to only use frylight. Parmesan on top (HEXA) Estimate of 3 syns for chorizo.

D: baked salmon, roast New potatoes and broccoli. Muller light with strawberries (1/2)

S: plum, apple, hifi (3)

Total syns (6 1/2)

Love meatballs! That's given me dinner inspiration for this week.
Yesterday was - breakfast - omelette with ham, peppers and spring onion, snack - 2 Alpen Light bars, lunch - roasted vegetable and green lentil salad, dinner - chicken teriyaki with rice and sugar snap peas.

@supersalmon1 well done on the loss!

L - chicken, chorizo and cheese pitta (2 syns, HEA and HEB) with some more of yesterdays soup which turned into carrot, butternut squash, sweet potato, chilli and coconut milk (1 syn for coconut milk)

T - meatballs Wink the pinch of nom mozzarella stuffed ones, with pasta (hea)

S - fruit

Anyone else feel like the days are just flying past? I feel like it was only just breakfast time now I've just made dinner.
Kids had homemade pizzas which smelt soo good! The girls have made brownies and chocolate Nutella cake too. Must resist!

I’m on one Syn at mo. Mayo for salad for lunch. Well impressed with Self

Tho will be having crisps and bar later so that another 10

I always wonder if I eat less syns would I lose more

But then they say 15

But now with the extra a which I don’t always have it’s really 21 syns a day

I’ve relaxed a bit today, as being super strict wasn’t providing any benefits.

B: porridge with raspberries and banana (HEXB)
S: 2 plums
L: Asda chickpea dhal (1 syn)
S: 2 tiny cinnamon biscuits (5 syns) and white coffee (HEXA)
D: fish curry with 1/2 tin low fat coconut milk (2 syns), rice.

Total 8 syns.

Well it seems your right blondes.... chocolate brownies are obviously a weight loss aid Grin 2lbs off for me this morning!
1lb off my stone now. It's only taken me since bloody January Hmm
Oh well slow and steady and all that.
Just finishing the home school for the day we are making pirate maps soaked in tea. They think it's the best thing ever!
