B-raspberries,cherries and yogurt
L-Dahl rice and roasted cauliflower (last portion left!)
D-campfire stew with baked potatoes and broccoli

It's a wild one here today we nearly got blown away this morning in the school run.

Hi all, would like to join in, this is so helpful

B: orange, banana, berries
L: 2 x whole meal bread and ham and snack a jacks 4.5 syns
D: spag Bol - counting 4 syns as made and froze few weeks back and used oil and jar of sauce. Will use HA for milk in tea and cheese over dinner.

I rejoined SW on Friday for the zillionth time, started at home on Thursday and weighed this morning and I'm up a pound Hmm but heyho fingers crossed it's my scales....

Grief and loss is hard but I also have to think of silver linings qbs I almost see my life like the film sliding doors

If dh didn’t die I wouldn’t have met my now df or had our dd

Can’t imagine neither In my life

Breakfast - scrambled eggs with onion and tomatoes

Lunch - Tuna salad, packet of skips (3.5 syns) Snack size twix (5 syns)

Dinner - will be SW meatballs with homemade tomato and chilli sauce and spaghetti. Sugar free jelly to finish.

Hello @lifesbetteraftertea - that looks like a great day!

B - porridge with oatmilk today (1 syn for sugar)
L - M&S ham hock meal with extra green veg (2 syn)
D - leftover homemade stew with green veg (either chard or broccoli and mash - 2 syn for butter)

S - satsumas, 1 giant choc button and 2 mini honeycomb bites from M&S - estimate 2 syns

Didn't have hot chocolate last night - might do so tonight (3.5 syns and second HEA)

Will have dinner early to avoid pre-dinner snacks and get an early night

Gained 1lb so I'm back in target. Not surprised after everything I've eaten. Today's food.

No breakfast

Lunch - skinny burger and salad from wetherspoons 21.5 syns. Followed by mini warm cookie dough with salted caramel and ice cream 21 syns.



Tea - mac & cheese son made T school 12 syns + 1/2 hea for a portion with salad.


I also had a latte today (1 hea). Snacks later will be alpen bars / fruit and yogurt.


Worked out that I have 15 syns per day left after today. (I got 150 in total as 45 are extra savvy syns being at target).

I think we would @Collision and I must have been here maybe 14yrs

Think it was when engaged to dh and would have been married 13yrs next year if Alive and together 28yrs 🙀🙀

Just weighed in and I lost 3lbs! This is real this week as weighed in the same time as last Wednesday. 1 st 4lbs gone, and 2 inches off bust waist and hips.

Really looking forward to my food today - have had too much meat recently

B - porridge (hea, heb, 1 syn for sugar)
L - baked potato beans and cheese
D - butternut squash and chickpea curry (7 syns for coconut milk), cauliflower and swiss chard aloo gobi, rice (some syns for oil, as yet unknown)

Might have a hot chocolate as a treat!

Feeling very demotivated today! I have a feeling it’s TOTM time but it shouldn’t be for another week 🤔 I weighed myself this morning and I’m still the same!! I don’t weigh in till Saturday so I’ve still got a few days left to get it shifted but I just don’t understand it as I’ve been good everyday!! Maybe I shouldn’t be using all my syns??

Food diary for today will b

B - 2 light and lean sausages (1), bacon, eggs and tinned tomatoes

L - left over cheeseburger pasta (HEA) with spinach

D - Diet Coke chicken, egg fried rice and crispy kale

S - 2 hifi bars (HEB), apple, light and free yogurt (1)

No plans to have anything extra so will try and end the day on just 2 syns

It's just what I needed. I've been feeling really demotivated but I checked and I've been doing this 19 weeks and I've lost 18lbs, so that's about a pound a week which is kind of reasonable.

@lubilu28 I think you're supposed to eat at least 5 syns a day. It helps keep you full and feeling satisfied so you don't go on a massive chocolate/cake/chips bender, basically. Are you having enough speed? it should be half your plate. Are you on a low fibre diet because it looks like all your speed today is not very filling. If you have crunchy veg in a salad or things like carrots they fill you up more and you end up eating less of everything else (I'm sorry, I know my diary today isn't a very good example of that, I'll add a crunchy salad to my lunch now I've looked at it!)

B: banana, pear and hifi
L: pasta n sauce
D: chicken and lots of speed veg syns for gravy
Snacks: other hifi and poss some chocolate tonight

tigerjoy yer half my plate will be speed (not my breakfast tho) and no I’m not on a low fibre or not that I mean to be lol I’ve got peppers, green beans and carrots going into my Diet Coke chicken? I might add a few more crunchy bits to my spinach salad at lunchtime 🤷‍♀️ I’ll add a few more syns tonight maybe a meringue with berries and Greek yogurt lol

Ah I've not cooked it that sounds loads! My apologies and as you were! It looks like you're eating all the right things, fingers crossed for a good loss this weekend. I find i tend to lose mon-fri and put on a bit / maintain at the weekends

Crap day yesterday - DH's 50th and I made an awesome cake (even if I do say so myself, and it was my 2nd attempt!) and we ate half between us. I've made him take the rest to work today so I don't eat any more!
Really do need to have a word with myself. My holiday bod isn't going to happen on its own.
It's great to see everyone's food and ideas. Thank you.

tigerjoy Diet Coke chicken is amazing if u haven’t had it before!! I use the SW recipe and add extra veg, tends to be like a sweet and sour chicken? And the crispy kale tastes like Chinese crispy seaweed so it’s a bit like a Chinese fakeaway

Today's meal plan:

Breakfast - boiled eggs

Lunch -folded eggs with spring onion, smoked salmon, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Tea - chicken breast, Mediterranean toasted veg and...not sure what else but something else.

Which means I've got hex for snacks and full syns to use this e evening. I do use 1 hea for milk in tea and coffe.

B ham onion pepper ommlette and cheese a

L blt. Was bloody lovely and only 1/2-1 Syn for ketchup !!! Bread b bacon cheese a lettuce toms grapes orange

T some kind of sw frozen meal and salad

S crisps 6 ketchup 1 fruit

I weighed this morning and maintained which I'm very relieved at!
My mojo seems to be back a bit

B-banana
Bag of sugar snap peas (while putting the shopping away!)
L-promise roll(heb), ham,tomato, cucumber and roasted peppers, cauliflower and turmeric soup and a packet of pufts (3.5)
D-Sw fry up
