Decided I couldn't be arsed to make curry, this was way easier. Dh was happy as well!

Had loads of fruit and 1 yoghurt as a snack (0.5 syn) and a couple of milky coffees made at work (hea). Just had a piece of chocolate (3 syns) and going to bed as I've been asleep on the sofa for the last hour!

Have made winter minestrone tonight for tomorrow as well, 1 syn per portion

SpiderCharlotte · 13/11/2019 22:29

Weigh in tomorrow night. I'm not feeling very positive about it even though I've had an ok week. I just don't 'feel' like I've lost. I know that sounds ridiculous.

FiveNightsAtMummys · 13/11/2019 22:29

I just use quark blondes. Some people at group use blended cottage cheese aswell. I think both are ok, even dh likes it and he's fussy.

Didn't end up having any snacks tonight or my heb. Had half a pack of pesto pasta with chicken and roasted veg for tea with cheese on so finishing today on 1 syn.

Aah gorgeous dog tiger, our old girl is 14 now and spends lots of time snoozing.

I felt really meh today. Just wanted to be at home on my own pottering which is exactly what I've done. Think it might just be the weather.

I made the Italian version of chicken soup. My mum always made it when I was ill so it's real comfort food.

B-mango raspberries and Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of mango and passion fruit coulis (1)

L- mums pastina

D-campfire stew with baked potato and red cabbage

@Blondes

All SW fodder is shite. How it got to the general public through taste testing is beyond me.....🤦🏻‍♀️

My SW lasagne recipe is life changing. Honestly it’s fabulous and even my sw group leader said so......🤣🤣🤣

I make a low fat turkey mince sauce with speed vegetables and garlic and tomatoes.
For the white sauce, I boil up frozen cauliflower in veggie stock. Drain when soft but keep the stock. Then blitz with hand blender adding stock until Yvette the consistency you want.

You end up with what is just a jug of puréed cauliflower but your can use this as a white sauce for lasagne, macaroni cheese etc adding your hea cheese. You then just layer up the lasagne.

And it’s speedy.

Thank you and good night.

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤣

Collision · 15/11/2019 07:59

*Yvette? Don’t know who she is...... 🤷🏼‍♀️

You have I meant to write. 🙄

TigerJoy · 15/11/2019 08:53

Well done @blondeshavemorefun - a 1lb loss is a loss. If you do that every week until Christmas you'll be half a stone lighter.

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/11/2019 10:01

I know a lb is ok but last few weeks been 2. And was only that bloody cake at last Sunday’s party that must have done it

Tho was good cake !!!

Cauliflower in stock. I’m happy to try as love lasagne and think I once used a jar that was 26/28 syns

Think the Asda or dolmio light was 20. So guess if making a portion to freeze and df have the other half 😂it’s 5 syns
