Had a dodgy couple of days.
Today will be better.
B-cherries and raspberries with dd Greek yog
L-baked potato beans and bacon
D-chicken madras, lentil Dahl, rice poppadoms, ww wrap, roasted tikka cauliflower

It's bloomin freezing here, does anyone have snow?

No snow here just driving bitterly cold rain, got in from walking the dogs and want a hot chocolate but being good and making lunch instead

B - bacon egg beans
L - poached cod, mashed potato, green veg (2 syns for butter)
D - buffet at a party in a pub, hope there will be some good choices for me there and it is not all deep-fried! 😬

Well I lost 1lb this morning which I was very happy about 🙌

B - 2 eggs, bacon medallions, tinned plum tomatoes

L - jacket potato, cheese (HEA), salad

D - SW frozen chicken tikka masala, SW frozen pilau rice

S - 2 hifi bars (HEB), white choc buttons (3 1/2), breyers ice cream (3 1/2)

Well today ended up being another disaster.

Breakfast- bitesize shredded wheat and fruit.

Lunch - morrisons fish cakes, green beans and mash.

Tea - take away. 3 slices of kebab meat and pepperoni pizza, 2 slices of garlic bread, chips.

Snacks- box of malteasers, half a big bag of data, 2 fibre one bars, walkers crisps, cheese, twix, buttons, fizzy bubble gum bottles.

I'm so ashamed! Feel terrible.

Managed to stay on track after all today, we went to ask Italian instead of pizza express.

B - fruit and fibre (B) and milk (A)
L - nothing
D - sea bass al forno from ask (5.5)
S - 2 mini packs of love hearts (3), mini bag of choc fingers (5.5)

Could have been better, could have been worse

Starving before the pub so made sw houmous - not sure about the yoghurt - had with half a pepper, a few tomatoes, corn on the cob

D - few pieces of calamari, 1 chicken skewer, some crudites, couple of crisps. 1 alcohol free cider 8.5 syns (wtf!!! Didn't check in advance). Some prosciutto, peanuts (heb) and fruit when i got home

S - two hot chocolates at home - 1 cocoa (3 syn) other hotel chocolat so syns unknown but estimate 3.5 syn

Estimate 20-25 syns? Incl 2 syn butter at lunch.

It's so hard when you can't track the syns. Would I just be better not eating at these things or eating at home first? I am going for coffee and cake with a friend tomorrow. Would it be rude to take my own cake that I know the syns of and just eat that (taking enough to share)? I just feel so rude not eating anything.

Blondes I meant I feel unwell, but I do feel embarrassed because that was just greedy what I ate. Feel like I've been punched in the stomach today. Have only been able to stomach readybrek so far today. Even struggling with drinks! Going to make a tuna salad for tea tonight. Hopefully normal service will resume tomorrow.

Brunch - 3 veggie sausages (1.5), bacon, chips, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and relish (1)
Dinner - bachelors pasta n sauce (0.5) with added onions, peas, mushrooms and bacon
Snacks - lollipop (2) mini tube of love hearts (1.5), jelly snake (1.5)

L - lemon sole goujons 7.5 syns, potatoes, salad (2 syn for dressing)
D - homemade beef stew, mashed potato 2 syn for butter, kale

S - best to draw a veil perhaps. Made bean brownies supposed to be low in syns but accidentally used double the butter. Then ate loads. No idea of syns
