Yesterday’s food:
B - banana
L - leftover pasta bake (HEA for cheese)
D - salmon, new potatoes, green beans and tomatoes
S - bag of mini chocolate fingers (5.5), swizzels lollipop (2)

Well today has been awful. I really didn’t realise how much pain I would be in after having 2 fillings 😖

Breakfast - 3 Asda chicken sausages (3 syns), bacon, eggs and half tin plum tomatoes

Lunch - chicken and vegetable quiche

I’m planning on having hunters chicken with chips and salad but I don’t know how I’m gonna eat it!! Bbq sauce is homemade and is completely free.

Not had a good day. Ate too much

B - stewed apple and ff greek yoghurt

L- bloody sandwich lunch. Team had decided to go meat free which i was suspicious of as I am gluten and dairy free and got given a salad sandwich! Ate the salad and some of the avocado from the proper sarnies. Grrrrr. Melon

D - out at lebanese place, had too much grilled meat, bit of hummus, salad, some chips, all ok but ate too much. Homemade lemonade

S - was bloody starving and ate a half portion of pasta bake when i got home from work, plus about 10 peanuts. 1 hifi and half gf brownie

Well this is embarrassing...

Breakfast - nothing

Lunch - mini turkey roast (guessed syns based on calroies as 19). Latte (hea)

Tea - salmon, roasted Mediterranean veg and sweet potato wedges.

This is the embarrassing bit....snacks!

Fibre one bar -4, twix - 10, nairns astro cookies - 5.5, biscuits - approx 12, mccoys muchos nacho cheese - 19, marmite cheese - 4, crackers- 2 and dates 2x heb.

Ended up having 70 odd syns. I officially get 150 for the week and ive got 24 left and 4 days left on plan.

Another 2lb off. Really happy with that.

And must do measurements - I did them 4w ago but I have def lost something As cost I couldn’t do all 3 buttons up over boobs abs now can tho snug - but coat is done up :)

Does any one else measure? I’m going to check every 4w

I'm still annoyed at myself. I'm ok as long as I don't go out and see anyone and can control absolutely everything i eat. Really hard with meals out.

Anyway, I haven't measured myself and also have lost my original book with the measurements in. However I put on one of my standard work dresses I've been wearing for years on Wednesday and it was too big. Not just loose, really noticeably too big, don't wear it out of the house too big. So I of course went and bought 3 new dresses to celebrate [hmmm] 2 were in the sale at £15 from Uniqlo, and I've worn both of those already!

B - baked apple with cinnamon, honey, ff greek yoghurt (2.5 syns)
L - pasta bake (0.5 syn for oil, HEA)
D - don't know. Maybe a homemade curry and use my syns on that

Strictly booze free now for at least a few weeks so fewer syns there Wine

Going to a friends on Sunday for afternoon tea so will try some low-syn cake recipes at the weekend to take with me and stay roughly on plan

@Lubilu28 how are the teeth feeling now

@dexterslockedintheshedagain cyprus is lovely! Something to look forward to in this gloom

I just wish I did things a bit better like maybe a twix and a few biscuits. But for some reason I eat everything at once! Makes me so mad with myself.

Breakfast - syn free pancakes,greek yog and berries.

Lunch a salad and sushi (1 syn for sushi and 1 for dressing).

Tes will be fish and veg.

Will use my heb(s) for snacks later. Hopefully keep syns low. I help at a baking group today so I might have some additional things depending what were making.

Breakfast - 40g ready brek (HEB), 180ml SS milk, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and sweet freedom fruit syrup (1)

Lunch - left over sausage, bean and potato hot pot (2)

Dinner - SW frozen cottage pie and broccoli and green beans

Snacks - 1 hifi bar (3), Nutella b-ready (5.5), milky bar buttons (3.5)

tigerjoy they feel fine today I’ve just kept up with taking pain killers, thank god lol

Weigh in is tomorrow and I’m feeling so depressed as I weighed myself and it’s looking like a maintain 🙄 I know it’s stupid and I should just get rid of the scales but I can’t help it lol we will see if a miracle happens tonight 🤞🏻

tigerjoy I usually use Asda light and lean but I used the chicken chipolatas and they are only 1 syn!!

I’m feeling like I want a slab of chocolate cake but I’m just gonna brush my teeth and get into bed haha

Oh dear, I fell off the wagon last night. Went out for dinner, planned to order a salad but was so hungry by the time we got there I ended up having the most amazing huge cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. I dread to think how many syns 🙈. Got to try and be good today but it won’t be easy, I’m taking DD and her friend to the cinema and pizza express!

Lost 2lb today so 6lb total in two weeks.

Off to London with my Mum today to see a musical and staying over, cannot wait! Also going to Pizza Express...
