Oh that's so sad, you have every right to be pissed off! Flowers It's such an inconvenience this whole virus.

Just think how fabulous you'll feel when you get to your wedding and you've kept on going Smile we can all support each other to get there!

I'm weighing tomorrow and a bit nervous for it after last weekend's crisp fest so hoping for a maintain so I can do a bit of guiltless easter egg indulgence on Sunday. Today I've had....

L - cheese on toast with a bit of ham and pepper (1 syn for mayo, HeA and B)

T - keema curry with rice and a chapati (6.5 syns)

S - chocolate digestive, just the one! (4 syns) light and free yog (1/2 syn) and apple with choc shot (1/2 syn)

Hope everyone's doing ok x

I lost 2 on weds which I'm pleased with.
Yesterday was a bit dodgy but on plan today and also did first day of 30 day shred (only the beginners one but every little helps!)

I'm making risotto for dinner I think.

I also lost 2lbs this week which I'm chuffed with, it will no doubt go back on on Sunday when I eat all the chocolate in sight.

Today was..

L - french toast (heb) with strawberries, banana and choc shot (1/2 syn)

T - Chinese takeaway, lemon chicken from a jar (4 syns), rice, salt and pepper chips, spring roll (7 syns) and a prawn toast (2.4 syns), so over syns for today but I like to keep syns during the week for things like this

Can I join please? Desperate to lose weight but very hard when at home all the time. 5ft 1 and 10st 8. Heaviest I've ever been and I hate it. Would love to be 9 stone. I was static ten for ages so I dont know what's happened for the extra 8lb to creep on. I joined slimming world just before lockdown. So obviously not been since!

Hope everyone had a lovely Easter Sunday!

I certainly did and am now suffering the consequences after far too much wine so going for a lot of comfort/fakeaway food today..

L - WW wrap with egg, hash brown and cheese, kind of McDonalds wrap style! 1/2 syn for tomato sauce.

T - chicken nuggets from Iceland, 1 syn each, SW chips, carrots, peas and southern gravy, tastes just like KFC. Grin

S - will have to be masses of fruit to make up for the beige meals!

T - burger from the butcher, counting as 4 syns, with chips, carrots and peas

Jingle don't be ashamed! We all do it and it's super hard being trapped in a house all day with a mountain of chocolate..Grin

After 5 weeks of lockdown (we started earlier as one child had a cough) I've had my first truly shitty daySad
I've felt really grumpy and down and the kids have been bickering all day I will be glad to go to bed tonight and wake up in a better frame of mind tomorrow (hopefully)
B- coffee
L-soup and fruit
Allen light bar two oat biscuits (5 maybe)
D- lentil Dahl with rice

Literally nothing in so braving the supermarket tonight.

Today is a new day! Managed to lose 2lbs, unknown how after the chocolate..

L - cheese sandwich (HeA and B, 2 syns for butter), quavers (4.5) and an apple

T - leftover goulash, used the jd seasonings recipe which made absolutely loads!
