sunshineNdaisies · 02/09/2018 09:23

quick help needed please

starting weight was 16st 3lbs

current weight is 15st 8.8lbs

I have fancy scales. WW scales. Do I record this on SW online as 15st 8 or 15st 9???

sunshineNdaisies · 02/09/2018 09:27

maybe I just put it as 15.8 1/2??

Binfield135 · 02/09/2018 09:33

Testarossa1.
You look so much younger in your after photo, so an added bonus to your brilliant weight loss.

Testarossa1 · 02/09/2018 09:44

@Thebluedog, thank you, it's nice that people can see the difference, it took me a bit longer to see it myself! I still saw fat in the mirror. But side by side photos really do help you realise how much you have lost.

@Binfield135, thanks for such a lovely complement! I feel so much better too, lots more energy. I like walking, but I used get all sweaty and out of breath and my knees would hurt. This year in June we went to Austria and did a lot of walking. It was only when my DP said that I was keeping up with him and not having to constantly stop to catch my breath that it dawned on me how much easier I was finding it!!

Keep at it everyone, it does work!!!

Tobermory · 02/09/2018 12:13

Need some help this morning.
First week and I was on it. I’ve been making great food choices and Yesterday I did a 10k cycle ride. All week I’d been almost dreading this weekend, we’d been invited to a 40th party and I couldn’t figure out a plan where I could be successful.
I wasn’t! Last night went to a party and drunk too much vodka. I didn’t have tea before I went (foolish) and had a bit of party food, half a large bread bun with some hot beef. (I was going to eat just the meat but... paper plates Confused, crisps and two chocolate chip cookies. I turned down the cake though!!
Today I’m feeling v delicate. Had healthy eggs on a slice of toast and a banana for breakfast. How on earth do I get through the rest of the day and not eat hangover food of crisps and chocolate?

I so wanted a great first week loss. Will it all be ruined now?

ALemonyPea · 02/09/2018 16:42

Sunshine, just put the half in.

Groovee · 02/09/2018 18:55

@Tobermory just pull it back by having lots of speed foods. If you need SW Chips for it have them.

Best thing to do in the future is plan. Have prepared snacks to eat, organise eating food before hand etc.

Tobermory · 02/09/2018 20:42

groovee, Thanks, i was good today. I had some SW chips but didn’t cave on hangover food.

I knew I needed a plan but couldn’t follow it!
My weigh in is Tuesday eve. I’m planning on cycling tomorrow eve. What do you reckon the damage might be?

ALemonyPea · 02/09/2018 21:39

Tobermory, you sometimes just have to allow yourself that one night off to enjoy yourself. The guilt will eat you otherwise.

Another great day. 14.5 syns but was worth in on a lovely roast dinner.

FoofFighter · 03/09/2018 16:29

I was doing really well but today had a bad fall off my bike. My handlebars went into my chest and winded me. My chest and back are killing me so DH had to do dinner- Fish and chips with apple crumble and ice cream for dessert! I was feeling sorry for myself so ate the lot!

Tobermory · 03/09/2018 21:31

B- weetabix , banana and milk
L- prawn salad
t- chicken and bacon risotto with speedy broccoli on the side
Greek style strawberry yoghurt

OwlinaTree · 03/09/2018 22:12

Had a good day Sunday, Monday was going so well...

Have ended the day in hospital with my daughter as she's having a little bit of trouble with her breathing, so she's had an inhaler and she's being monitored. So I've had a sandwich and crisps from the shop as there wasn't much to choose from. She seems ok at the moment, hopefully she will be discharged soon.

Had the whole 6 week's holiday to be ill and she chooses the first day of the new term!

raisedbyguineapigs · 03/09/2018 22:43

Tobermory Im a bit better thanks. Homemade crumble doncha know! He was so exhausted from the effort he had to stick some battered fish fillets and oven chips on Grin
