Most likely @noodlenosefraggle she's told me a few times that she doesn't have time to follow my journey... which sort of says to me that she snoops at my Facebook page or Instagram as that's the only place I really use the "journey" word 😂

Second day on plan. Used 10 syns, had 2 HEA's and 1 HEB. Lots of free foods. Long may it continue. Still not feeling well and slept 9 hours last night. Very little exercise done today but my resting is more important. Have watched 3 films today and read my book. That's my first week on holiday over. Another week and a day off x

@noodlenosefraggle I have a family meal where SIL will have food I dislike but will try to sabotage me all she can. Then MIL's on NYD but will try to work round it as best I can. Otherwise I will try my best to be 100%.

Only had 2.5 syns yesterday but I'm not well. Did have my 2 HEA choices and my 1 HEB.

I'm really looking forward to getting the new pack. I'm going to treat it as if I'm starting anew, as I've not been feeling it for a while now. I'm not sure to WI until next Thursday and I don't have access to accurate scales so I'm going to eat as healthily as I can to pull back the expected damage this week (although another big meal is happening on NYD)

Thanks everyone. Had some fabulous comments. Some of my old work colleagues haven't seen me for a while. But they're so shocked too x

0.5lb down which isn't much but better than I was hoping for. I'm having Christmas day and boxing day completely off plan then back on it on 27th.

Have a fabulous Christmas!

Wow groovee, that's an amazing transformation.

Congratulations em- fab weight loss and great that M is feeding and growing well.

Tobermory - I dream of fitting into a size 12! Well done you and get back on the wagon.

I lost another 1.5 lb last week taking me to 1st 2lb altogether. This week has been very mixed though, some goid days but a staff meal out and an evening when I went out for 1 drink but somehow arrived home at 1am after too much wine (plus the hangover induced crisp and choc fest). I'm just hoping to stay the same when I weigh in tomorrow.

Groovee you look fab.

Lost another 1.5 lbs this week, Matilda growing (and feeding) furiously which is mostly lovely, except for at 3 am.

My maternity jeans are too big for me now. I can get into my pre-pregnancy jeans but can't move in them so it's leggings or nothing for the next couple of weeks!

Wow Groovee you look like a different person. I’m looking forward to receiving the new book next week.

Unpacking today . We’ve moved house, lots of our stuff has been in storage for three months... we have too much stuff!!

But. I have one pair of size 12 jeans. I tried them on tonight and can do them up comfortably. Still a little extra on top but they look pretty good!! In August I was in a generous size 16, bloody thrilled that the size 12 fit. (Need to stop eating Christmas peanuts then!!)
