brilliant cherry Star

FaithEverPresent · 26/06/2018 22:17

Nice one cherry!

Not a terrible day for me. Did have a cheeky slice of cake when I went out this morning but haven’t had many other syns...also managed a 3 mile run. Still feeling positive that I might see a loss tomorrow!

MyGuideJools · 26/06/2018 22:57

Today's menu:
B; toast and cuppa (in bed!)
D; banana, pineapple and yogurt
T; salmon salad and Jersey royals. strawberries and grapes.
syns; 11, HiFi bar, butter, salad cream, watermelon ice Lolly.

StewPots · 27/06/2018 09:33

Well done Cherry :)

MilkyCoffeeAndSkinnySyrup · 27/06/2018 14:26

Well done @Cherrypi !
I have lost 2.5lb too :) so that takes me back to 9st 1.5lb as I gained that last week.

Today's food is:

Brunch: Syn Free Jacket Potato with Beans, Cheese(HexA), and salad

Dinner: 2x Inspirations Fish(1), Tagliatelle mixes with Colman Pepper Sauce(using half of the sachet with my husband, so it will be 5.5 syns per serving), served with Peas and Cabbage

Snacks: Malteasers Hot Chocolate(3.5), and 2 Alpen Light(HexB) later on, plus speedy fruits throughout the afternoon.

Ending the day on: 10 syns.

MyGuideJools · 27/06/2018 14:50

well I lost half a pound which wasn't bad considering the Ikea massive buffet and bbq I had! so I've lost 10lb so far in 5 weeks
well done milkyStar

StewPots · 27/06/2018 15:24

Well done Milky :)

StewPots · 27/06/2018 15:46

Ok day today, although all spotty and bloated which isnt great...craving chocolate so had 3 small pieces of my Green & Blacks Ginger Dark chocolate. Urrrgh.

B - 2 x nimble with 1 Tbls reduced fat pate.

L - Slimming world savoury rice (free).

D - Jacket potato with fat free cottage cheese, big salad, then yogurt for dessert.

Syns - 3 jumbo Snack a Jacks, the chocolate (no idea of syns for that!) will also have an Options Hot Choc later.

FaithEverPresent · 27/06/2018 15:51

Groovee · 27/06/2018 18:40

Groovee could it be the increase in fibre now you’re a target member?

I am delighted to report a 2lb loss so my total now stands at 2 stone 0.5lb! (No award because I’ve done it before but still, I’m pleased).

Groovee · 28/06/2018 18:35

I'd been going really regularly since becoming a target member. It's like I've gone back 16 months 🤦🏻‍♀️

OP posts:
FaithEverPresent · 28/06/2018 23:14

Hope it improves soon Groovee.

Damn damn damn! I couldn’t get my platinum award to register despite logging all the activities. Pressed the wrong button and it’s restarted me at last week! 🤦‍♀️ I’ll show my consultant and hopefully she’ll give it to me anyway. I could write out paper copies. I have it all on my Fitbit. So annoying that Fitbit teamed up with WW for their app.

raisedbyguineapigs · 30/06/2018 18:24

I'm doing sp this week. My DS wanted to go to Gourmet Burger Kitchen for lunch, so I had a bunless burger with salad and slaw( it didn't have mayo but some dressing on it. ) It was delicious even without the bun, but I was thinking I'd just count it as all my syns for today. Does that sound right? I had a slice of cheese on it, so I'm counting that as my hex a. I really want to be strict this week to see if it's working. I had a Mirena put in in January and have hardly lost any weight since. I have a doctor's appt and am thinking of asking for it to come out. If I don't lose weight I think I'll use it as evidence! I have other problems too like acne since it went in too Angry

StewPots · 01/07/2018 10:11

Morning all...well not a good week for me despite my efforts. Sadly PMT has come into play - I'm very spotty, bloated and look about 14months pregnant!

Weighed myself anyway and I'm 14st 2lbs, so I've put on 3lbs this week despite being on plan and walking at least 5k steps a day plus trampolining!!

Very disappointed an annoyed this morning :;

sar302 · 01/07/2018 10:16

Forgot to post - I logged a 4.5lb weight loss my first weigh in. I know the losses won't keep going like that, but was very motivating! Wasn't hungry at all, because pasta and rice. Yum.
Next weigh in on Wednesday.

I'm exactly four stone from target...

Groovee · 01/07/2018 11:20

Sounds good @raisedbyguineapigs.

I understand @StewPots, I gained 2lbs last week. Have gone back to food optimising instead of target plan this week on a hope that I lose some weight before my holiday.

Well done @sar302

We go away next week. So getting sorted for that. Finished work on Friday for 6 weeks. So some down time.

OP posts:
Groovee · 02/07/2018 19:55

Weigh in tomorrow and I think I have gained as it's that time of the month 😩

OP posts:
FaithEverPresent · 02/07/2018 21:45

Groovee if you’re currently just in target and you think you’ve gained, you could skip a week?

I’ve not had a good week food wise. I did do a 10k race yesterday which will offset it somewhat but I doubt I’ll lose on Wednesday! I tried to do the ‘777’ challenge - 7 syns/7 speed foods/7 glasses of water over 7 days but just the thought of restricting myself to 7 syns set me off on a 3 day binge 🤦‍♀️ Didn’t help that I was off work. I’m losing far slower this time. Seems to be a good week then a maintain or slight gain the other.

MyGuideJools · 02/07/2018 22:34

I'm struggling this week too. I've actually been ok since last weigh in (Wed) but today was awful. Day out ending with a large pud and then a binge on chocolateBlush
I'm in a quandary as Wed is my weigh in day but for the next month I'm working on weds (13 hr shifts) I don't really want to go to another group as I've tried that before and gained 6lb on different scales then lost it back on my usual sw scalesConfused
Anyone have any ideas?

YerAuntFanny · 03/07/2018 06:59

I really need a kick up the arse!

With this heat, the start of the summer holidays and an overload of work I just can't be bothered and struggling with binge eating, so annoyed with myself!

I had a weekend away for my mums birthday then a meal out for DS' birthday last week and gained 3lbs, pulled it back for 2 days then had an afternoon tea/meal out for a co-workers retirement do on Friday and haven't been able to pull it back. Expecting another 2lbs on tomorrow 😔

I was so pleased to get my 4.5st award 2 weeks ago and now I'm undoing all my hard work!!

Groovee · 03/07/2018 09:27

I need the scales to keep me on track unfortunately. I know how I go otherwise 😢

Groovee · 03/07/2018 19:25

Whoops lost 3.5lbs. Had to book a holiday as it was my grace week next week and I am away. Had a great taster though x

Cherrypi · 03/07/2018 20:55

Stayed the same this week. Never done that before.
