I went back to group this week after 3 weeks off and gained 5lb Blush. Back on plan now though and hoping to lose at least half of that this week!

B - pineapple
L - batchelors pasta n sauce with asparagus and broccoli (0.5)
D - syn free chicken chow mein with pak choi and beansprouts
S - 5 ryvita rye cakes (HEB) with light Philadelphia (HEA) and cucumber, strawberries, hifi bar (3) and a bag of skips (3.5)

How's everyone doing today? I've been struggling with weekends lately but determined to stick to plan this week! I went to the pub with friends today and managed to restrain myself - had just 2 vodkas with Diet Coke (6 syns) then just had Diet Coke.

B - yoghurt and strawberries
L - small veggie sushi pack (1), mango and cherries
D - chicken chow mein with salad (syn free)
S - 2 hifi bars (HEB), 40g light cheddar (HEA), fibre one bar (4) (plus 6 for the vodka!)

@MumInTheCity all well thanks! I also struggle weekends but I am absolutely determined not to let the get the better of me. Tomorrow will be my 7th day on plan and I am determined not to go off plan! Star week is looming (due any day now) so I am not expecting much of a loss!

B: Quark with Skinny Syrup, Grapenuts (hexB), Blueberries and 1tbsp choc shot(2)

L: Aldi Asian Inspired Noodles(2), satsuma, apple, strawberries, and a hot chocolate(2)

D: SW lasagna with salad and cheese (hexA)

S: banana, chicken tikka slices, skyr(1.5) and a pear

Ending the day on: 7.5 syns Grin

Hope you're all having a lovely weekend so far. My meals for today:
B - strawberries
L - prawn salad
D - salmon, potato salad and roasted peppers
S - 2 ryvita rye cakes (2), flora light (2), 40g cheddar (HEA) with pineapple on sticks, 2 hifis (HEB) and a muller chocolate layers dessert (3.5)

Lots of food today but all on plan!

Can I join this thread? Restarting slimming world after a 3 year break with a starting target of 2 stone to lose initially.
DH is away for weeks after tonight so having a regular nice meal full of carbs and treats Grinbut tomorrow it's all go!

Currently 14st 3lb at 5"6 so...cant wait to do a proper shop later this week and really get planning!

I thought I would join this thread now.

Joined slimming world last wednesday. I have done it before and gave up but decided I really need to stick to the plan as I have about 8 stone to get rid off and I have been having pain in my knee recently and as I am only in my twenties this has felt like a bit of a wake up call. Its only been going on for few weeks but I dont want to risk it.

I haven't told anyone apart from my OH as I find most people tend to split into two categories when you tell them. The ones that constantly ask you questions about how it is going and can you eat this and that etc and then the people that try sabotage you and suddenly start offering junk food to you every chance they get. So I am doing it quietly until it gets obvious I am losing weight.

Anyways enough rambling. Just wanted to say hi!

This is the first weekend in ages that I have managed not to fall off the wagon! Let's hope it shows on the scales tomorrow 🤞

D - roast chicken, roast potatoes, carrot and swede mash, peas and cauliflower and gravy
S - 2 hifi bars (HEB), grapes, caramel Freddo (4.5)

I'm on a 13hr shift today, which always proves difficult eating wise as it's very much grab and go. But!
B - 1 slice wholemeal toast w/low fat spread
L - Tuna pasta salad (made with 2tsp of extra light mayo)
D- This is where I'll fall down today. Most likely have a sandwich when I get home, but have boiled eggs and bacon with fat trimmed off so may have that.

Snacks - 1 banana, 2 small satsumas, 1 bag of quavers and an Alpen bar.

Hey everyone. Hope you are all well. Groove I hope u are feeling better and being poorly doesn’t put u under target :( Well done to everyone who has lost. I’ve been quiet of late. Working a lot. But have been keeping my head down and cracking on. I’m 7 pounds down over the last few weeks so feeling good. About 16 pounds to go so just gonna keep plodding away and get back to that target. Wishing u all a fab week 😃

Thank you everyone. Smile Really glad there is some extra support outside my group. I am keeping focused by reading the threads here as well as the website and magazines.

So I have already planned for today and it will be:

B: wholemeal toast (HEB), 1tsp butter (2), ham, cucumber, pepper, tomato
L: Lentil salad with some leftover beef
D: Balsamic-glazed sausages with roasted veg from the website (2)
Snacks: fibre one bar (4), strawberries, meringue nest (2.5), fat free natural yogurt. And then any S fruit and veg if I am still hungry.

I haven't decided on my HEA as I dont know whether I want coffee with milk or if I want some cheese. I will have to choose that later.

Still got a sore throat but hopefully be ok for work tomorrow. Really hoping I don't have a loss tomorrow as I think I was only 1/2lb from the bottom of target.

D: Slow cooked gammon, cabbage, carrot, new potatoes and gravy(2)
S: Satsuma, Macchiato(5.5)
