I've fallen off plan trying to gain weight. It doesn't feel right but I did enjoy my Chinese last night.

Today is my first day back on plan in a week after being ill! I have 99% recovered now!

B: toast with cheese spread and coffee (hexA and B)
L: Jacket potato with tuna mayo(2), skyr yogurt(1), apple, and satsuma
D: seasoned butterflied chicken, using bbq sauce(2), SW chips and vegetables. I am mixing and matching anything to empty the fridge/freezer, ready for a fresh food shop!
S: 2 boiled eggs, and a pear & another coffee(3)

Ending today on: 5

Hi guys it's my first day todaySmile

I was weighed at my midwife appointment and my bmi is 34 and even though they said it didn't matter as I've always been this big or bigger with my other babies and never had problems, I really don't want to deal with another couple of stone after the baby's born so I'm going to try and keep my weight under control and this is the only thing I've ever managed to stick at.

This is what I've eaten today

Breakfast- I made a sw fry up but I only ate the beans and bacon as I felt a bit 🤢

I had an apple, banana and a miller light as a snack.

Lunch- baked potato with prawns with three tbsp of extra light mayo, lots of lettuce and red-onion.

Another muller light Blushand a small bunch of grapes

We're having salmon fillets with pak Choi and noodles for dinner. I'll fry the salmon with some ginger garlic and chilli in fry light and put some soy sauce over.

Does this sound ok?

I'm addicted to lentil dahl. Made it again to go with the chicken tikka.

I'm going good at the moment. blondes I used to, sometimes still do, struggle at the weekends.
I now have to just bite the bullet and make my own meals. Of course if we have a takeaway I will indulge ocassionally. It's hard but I know I will fall off the wagon -again-- big time if I eat the same as DHSmile
today;
B; quark and banana and honey
D; ham salad. nectarine and grapes
T; salmon and rice and mushrooms
raspberries and yogurt
syns, HiFi bar, honey, sugar in coffee, microwave rice.

What kind of pesto is it @Blondeshavemorefun? For the red pesto, it's 2.5 syn per level tbsp and green pesto is 3 syn per level tbsp.

B: 2 eggs, Aldi chipolata Sausages(2), beans, and bacon and coffee (1/2 hexA)

L: a pickled egg, pear, banana, satsuma and a ham, cheese and lettuce roll(2), (1/2 hexA And HexB), and a Light iced macchiato (5.5)

D: SW chicken tikka masala, spinach and rice

I've also had 3 bottles of HydrateM8! So I am on the ball with my fluids. Trying to drink more this week to see if I can melt the rest of this weight off lol.

Ending the day on 9.5 syns

Hi all! Hope everyone is well. I have maintained this week! I am fine with that as I have had one horrendous week with bilateral conjunctivitis, ear and throat infection so I was not 100% on plan!


B: Pancakes(HexB), quark, strawberries, banana and choc shot(2), with light latte(3.5)

L: Jacket Potato with Butter(2), cheese(1/2 hexA), ham and wild rocket. I had a satsuma and an apple throughout the afternoon

D: Cajun Chicken Sizzlers, Bell Peppers, Seasoned Sweet Potato Wedges and a Side Salad with cheese (using the rest of my hexA), and 1tbsp BBQ sauce(1)


Will be ending the day on: 8.5 syns

L: five bean chilli with rice and salad(6), hot chocolate(2)

D: Double Chicken Burger (half of hexA & HexB), SW chips & salad and pickled beetroot

S: Coffee (half of hexA), satsuma, Apple and skinny whip(5)

Got weighed this afty, 3.30 instead of 9.30 and I've gained 4lb!! I have been on plan 100% this week. The consultant says it's because I've weighed later in the day whereas normally I roll out of bed and go before I've eaten. Feel like having fish and chips now, I'm in a bad mood!

cherripi I write everything down! helps me keep on track.
