Super chuffed with a 1.5lb loss tonight for me. I was expecting a gain as it is star week. Only 3lb away from my 6 stone award now. I will probably not do well this coming week as it is DD3 s birthday and we are planning some celebrations that will be very synful! I am aiming to get to my 6 stone by the end of June. (I am a very slow loser)

MyGuideJools · 05/06/2018 22:40

well done PA that's amazingStar
Will you be at your target with 6 stone loss?
I think you deserve some synful treats with your DD!!

Groovee · 06/06/2018 06:00

IMm not sure what to do. I have another grace week. I expected a gain as it's that totm where I usually gain.

ThanksJools I certainly wont be at target at 6 stone loss, but a final target doesn't feel like the mountain to overcome that it has felt like in the past. I think another stone may be my target, but I am not too sure, so will just keep going until I feel I know where I want to set my target.

Groovee my Dsis was the same - she has had trouble staying in target because she has kept losing despite not particularly wanting to. bloody infuriating for us who are desperate to lose She has reduced her target as she feels her body will stop when it is ready as she is eating very well and having treats as well.

MyGuideJools · 06/06/2018 06:49

I also wonder if the body naturally stops when it's ready? that sounds daft written down but I've seen it happen to a few people. I lost just over 5 stone and found it really hard to lose any more despite staying on plan 100%
it was then I started down the slippery slope and found it went on far too easilyConfused

Blondeshavemorefun · 06/06/2018 10:18

Cantreachthefatscrubs · 06/06/2018 15:52

Hi
Can I join you all please? I'm rejoining group tonight. Had lots of success before but I'm now bigger than ever so want to get it sorted

FaithEverPresent · 06/06/2018 16:18

Fantastic losses! Well done PA and myguide.

I can’t WI tonight, DH is out and then we have friends for dinner. Just can’t fit it in! Hoping for a good loss next week.

cantreachthefatscrubs do you work in theatres?! I do and ours go from small at the bottom to XL at the very top so your name made me laugh! Smile

D - chicken stir fry and noodles
S - 2 hifi bars (HEB), caramel Freddo (4.5) and 2 fruitella sweets (can't find the syns but I'm guessing maybe 2/3?)

Groovee · 06/06/2018 21:51

I took my brownies trampolining. 52 minutes I bounced on the trampoline! I'm in agony now!

OP posts:
MyGuideJools · 06/06/2018 22:23

grooveeGrin 52 mins!! crickey! I can't do 5 mins on a trampoline with weeing myself.
I have bought a hula hoop tho and even tho I say so myself, I'm pretty good at itGrin

Groovee · 07/06/2018 05:05

There may have been quite a few toilet visits. Note to self. Do not have a lot to drink before going 😂

YerAuntFanny · 07/06/2018 06:55

0.5lb off last night which takes my loss to 4st 6.5lbs!! I shouldn't moan after my takeaway at the weekend but still. I wanted that sticker 😂

Back to it 100% this week though.

B: Porridge (B), strawberries, honey (1)
L: BLT salad, tbsp lighter mayo (0.5)
D: Bolognese pasta bake (A), brocolli
S: 100ml SS milk (2.5), Apple, Peach, Jelly 0.5)

YerAuntFanny · 07/06/2018 06:58

I keep eyeing up the hula hoops Jools, I'm crap at normal ones though are these easier?

I'm trying to ease myself into regular exercise but need to find something I enjoy!

MyGuideJools · 07/06/2018 07:26

well done auntfanny you will get the sticker next week!
I'm rubbish with a kids hoop but this is a weighted one, (cost £20!) and it's much easier. Apparently 8 mins a day is all you need to tone the waistHmm
mind you, 8 mins is quite along time! I do it in the garden in 2 min intervals. I'm sure the neighbours think I've lost the plot Grin

MumInTheCity · 07/06/2018 19:27

B - watermelon
L - chicken stir fry and noodles
D - bacon and mushroom pasta bake with mozzarella (HEA)
S - jelly (0.5), 2 breadsticks (2)

Still have my HEB and lots of syns left so will have a treat while I watch love island later!

Cherrypi · 08/06/2018 08:28

MumInTheCity · 08/06/2018 20:52

Well done Blondes!

B - pineapple
L - Nando's butterfly chicken (no skin) with salad and corn on the cob
D - bacon and mushroom pasta with salad (HEA for cheese)
S - small sushi snack (2), mango, strawberries, 2 hifi bars (HEB), 2 ryvita rye cakes (2) with 2 tsps of lemon curd (1), muller chocolate dessert (3.5)

I seem like I've eaten loads today! All on plan though.

PositiveAttitude · 09/06/2018 06:55

Cherrypi I have the book arriving on Tuesday. Have you got it? It seemed to have quite a few good recipes in. I dont ever buy the books really as I find all the recipes I need online, but I get them free with the countdowns when they are the free offer.

Absolutely rubbish day yesterday. Blush For the first time in 2 years I went to Pizza Hut. I was thinking that I could fill my plate from the salad bar with just 1 piece of pizza......well, that happened for the 1st plateful.......2nd one was purely pizza and garlic bread, then DGS wanted some ice cream and it looked way too tempting to resist. So to top it off I then had some birthday cake (DD3's birthday yesterday) which was incredibly synful!! Back on it today, but I know I will get a gain on Tuesday. Hey ho, I am in for the marathon not the sprint!

Cherrypi · 09/06/2018 07:47

Yes. It’s the first book I’ve had. I’ve tried the Mexican chicken pasta and the pizza jackets and both were lovely. I also ate too much pizza and garlic bread yesterday.
