Re the constipation - I have IBS, usually loose rather than constipated. SW has actually helped me settle down. My IBS is exacerbated by too much sugar. It’s worth trying scan bran but bare in mind too much fibre can make some people worse!

Yesterday wasn’t too bad but I’d forgotten to count my wrap at tea so I had 16 syns! I did resist the crisps someone brought in at work though. I find long days hard going, I’m always hungry when I get home at 8.30 so last night I had homemade sub free pasta sauce in the fridge and just cooked pasta. Syn free and filling. Will definitely do that again.

Groovee · 02/06/2018 16:21

Syn and alcohol free pimms! Was fab. Went to a SW pot luck supper with 4 ladies from class. Was lovely x

Does it actually taste like Pimms Groovee? I've seen people talking about it but I was dubious!

I've had the exact same meals today as I had yesterday as I had lots of leftovers!

B - strawberries
L - Pepsi max chicken, rice and vegetables
D - Hawaiian pasta bake and salad
S - 2 hifi bars (HEB), cherries and mango

FaithEverPresent · 02/06/2018 22:54

Someone at our group made that a few weeks ago, I was surprised, it was really nice! She said the key is good quality sugar free lemonade.

PositiveAttitude · 03/06/2018 06:09

Muminthecity I was incredibly dubious, but it is surprisingly nice. I used to be a huge Pimms fan and drank far too much of it If I was at a BBQ or something now, I would most definitely not feel deprived if I was drinking the alcohol free, Slimming World version - plus I could drink a whole jug full and still be on plan, syn free, guilt free and with no alcohol the food around me would be safer too!! Win win!!
Last summer i refused to even try it as I just could not see how something so simple would be even drinkable, let alone enjoyable, but someone bought it to the last taster evening at SW and I am now converted.

Groovee · 03/06/2018 06:20

I don't think I have ever had pimms but it was a lovely drink. I was a bit dubious as I don't like balsamic vinegar.

OP posts:
YerAuntFanny · 03/06/2018 07:10

I've never tried Pimm's (I'm a bourbon gal!) but I must admit I've been tempted to try the SW version in this heat. Glad to know you liked it as the balsamic vinegar is what put me off too!

I had an unplanned Italian takeaway at my Mums last night as she couldn't be arsed cooking what was planned, totally packed with syns probably blown the week but it was amazing :o

Anyway, back on it today. Organised as I'm just heading off to work until 3pm.

B: 40g oats (B), raspberries, TSP honey (1)
L: Ham and cottage cheese salad
D: Chilli (1), sweet potato wedges, 30g cheese (A)

S: Pear, Banana, Fab (3)

MyGuideJools · 03/06/2018 12:24

I've not been great today. Spent the day at a friend's barbecue, made good choices with food but then had a glass of prosecco, 2 glasses of pimms (the real stuff!) and a small portion of pavlova. WI is tomorrow and I will definitely have a gain Sad

FaithEverPresent · 03/06/2018 20:32

I ran a 10k today! I’ve had quite a lot to eat Blush running makes me hungry.

Littlepig8834 · 04/06/2018 21:40

Been AWOL over the past few weeks, still going to group but I've been losing and gaining the same couple of pounds! Back on it now as I have a wedding in four weeks and a holiday in 12 and whilst I won't be at target, I want to feel a bit more comfortable in my skin.
Did a fitness blender workout today too, got through it better than I thought although I could do with one that is easier on the knee (old injury) anyone know a good workout on FB that is not too knee heavy?

Oh no I lost 1.5lb taking me to below target.

OP posts:
Cherrypi · 05/06/2018 19:22

2.5 off and my 1.5 stone certificate yay.

Oldowl · 05/06/2018 19:34

Are you going to lower your target, Groovee as you are only 2.5lb away from another half stone?

I always weigh myself at home before weigh-in. I was right at the top of my target, so have given it a miss tonight.

I hope this is not the slippery slope!

MumInTheCity · 05/06/2018 20:10
