cherry (bear in mind I don’t eat wheat). I do tuna pasta salad at home a lot. Also tried quinoa with veg which was nice. I do lots of omelettes and frittatas. If I’m at work I take leftovers (I have access to a microwave), JP with tuna salad or beans, cottage pie, pasta with a tomato sauce. Sometimes I have BFree sweet potato wraps (5 syns) with salad a cheese.

Had tuna and spring onion on a broghies cracker with tomato and cucumber on Monday. Spicy chicken salad with couscous yesterday. Omelette or soup are quick and easy too.

T chicken bns chips (saw in sains) cabbage and carrots

Out for picnic today hence lunch. Df has proper sausages ....... I will have chunks of tasteless

I had a BLT pasta salad for lunch yesterday which was delicious. Today I'm having jacket potato with prawns and salad (will make a Marie Rose sauce from ketchup and extra light mayo with lemon juice, black pepper and paprika for 2 syns.) I'm already looking forward to it!

Had lovely lunch of leftover pork made into a stir fry with noodles. Just been baking with the boys and made chocolate fork biscuits instead of the initial idea of chocolate cake. Only ate two little ones so not so bad. Freezer surprise for dinner as our shopping is due later. Probably veggie sausages and sprouts for me.

B: 2 satsumas and light latte (3.5)
L: hash brown, 1 vegetarian sausage (2.5), 2 eggs, mushrooms, plum tomatoes and 2 slices of toast (hexB), coffee (1.5)
D: BBQ pulled pork, loaded with chips & cheese (hexB) put into oven until melted, served with wild rocket
S: watermelon, pear, skyr yogurt (1.5)

Ending today on : 9** syns

I couldn't make weigh in today, had a 13 hour shift. will leave it till next week now and hope for a decent loss.

Oops, you fell off my "threads I'm on" hence the silence!

4lbs off for me yesterday, but I had a smaller loss than expected last week so I reckon it's catch up but still a huge loss for me!

Now officially in the 11's (11.10) and set my target for 10.12, only 12lbs to go with 16 weeks to our first family holiday (my first as an adult) so my motivation is burning right now :o

Good you are enjoying the role groovee not sure I could work every day. I do 3 x 13 hour shifts day or night. I love my days offGrin

L: Jacket Potato with Beans and Salad, coffee (the other half of hexA)
D: 2 melt in the middle fishcakes (4), boiled cabbage and hasselback baby potatoes
S: half of my DS safari chocolate snacks (3) and a couple of spoonful of Indian food, was just tasting it so synning that at (2) to be on the safe side, and a Skyr yogurt (1)

Ending the day on: 10 syns

I thought I’d gained this week but I stayed the same so I was pleased I weighed in!

I thought I’d had a really good day yesterday but I added up my syns and I’d had 17.5! This is why I must track them as I go along. New day today.

I am feeling much better this week after my terrible gain last week.
I lost 5lb 😃 got my club 10 award and my 1stone award!

I have started moving more which is making a big difference.

Embarrassing question coming up:
Has anyone suffered with constipation since joining slimming world?
I have a few times. Badly last week, probably down to too much food but it was tough going! 😃 it has also happened when following plan.

nin I havnt but I know a lot of people do. I eat lots of fruit.
I think consultants recommend scan bran for such purposes. I've never tried the stuff. Are you drinking lots of water?

I did Ninch. I think it was eating so many eggs. I cut out bread completely and had omelettes for lunch with loads of veggies. A friend warned me it might happen!
