I have done an SP week once......only once!!! Never again. I felt deprived all week and lost a grand total of 1lb!!! I could have done that just sticking to plan!! Others have had far better results though. I used Butternut squash for chips and also a Mash, cauliflower rice with chilli, because I need to feel as if I am having some carbs on my plate! 
A brilliant NSV today for me. I was wearing size 16 clothes for the first time in forever!! - definitely more than 25 years. 2 years ago I bought a load of summer clothes that were all size 28!! Chuffed with that. - I kept looking at myself in the mirror and in any glass window I walked past....and kept on "feeling" my shape (now that sounds a bit pervy!!!!
