B - one ryvita rye cake (part of HEB) and a cheese triangle (HEA)
L - leftover Diet Coke chicken and noodles with veg
D - cod, chips, mushy peas and spinach (1 syn for mayo)
S - nothing yet, still got 14 syns and can have another 4 rye cakes for my HEB and another 5 cheese triangles for my HEA so will have them later with a fibre one bar and maybe some halo top ice cream

FrozenMargarita17 · 04/05/2018 19:29

I've gone off the wagon today. Star week and I want to eat everything in the house!! Writing today off and starting again tomorrow.

OwlinaTree · 04/05/2018 20:09

Having Chinese but picking healthier choices.... So far anyway...

Oldowl · 04/05/2018 21:52

Put 3lb on this week. Still a pound within target. Phew.

I have been logging my body magic online. Anyone know how you get these awards? I fancy another sticker for my book!

BasinHaircut · 05/05/2018 07:14

Oh god I’ve lost it. Another takeaway last night. Feel all bloated and yuk.

Back to basics for me I think, need to sort it out. Got a do tomorrow (family thing but kids party) where choice will be limited and it’s an all day thing so will have to do my best there) but apart from that I think I need to just eat veg till it’s coming out of my ears for a week to pull it back.

Glad I don’t need to WI on Monday as I reached target, but am 100% going next week as clearly I can’t be trusted! Shock

Groovee · 05/05/2018 07:17

Old, if you have them online, take a photo and show your consultant.

I've had a couple of slightly off plan days too. We've had lots of cakes at work and I've just been tired and picking. Back on it today and I'm going to try some new recipes over the weekend to get my enthusiasm back. Need to go for a run today too as I haven't run since Wednesday. Hope we all have a great on plan bank hol weekend.

OwlinaTree · 05/05/2018 09:47

Hi all. Takeaway was ok, had hot and sour soup which was very salty, I left most of it. Boiled rice and beef and peppers in black bean sauce which was very nice. A couple of prawn crackers too! I normally have duck pancakes, sweet and sour chicken and spicy chips.

Deffo can feel the difference this am, don't feel sluggish and bloated! Just as well on this gorgeous weather day!

Cherrypi · 05/05/2018 14:41

Been swimming this morning and now want to eat everything.

OwlinaTree · 05/05/2018 17:19

What amazing weather! Kids have been enjoying the park. Looking forward to a beer in the garden this pm!

boats16 · 05/05/2018 18:27

@ Cherry , I always take a diet coke and a banana for after swimming. It fills you up.🏊

MumInTheCity · 05/05/2018 20:13

B - orange
L - salmon, couscous, roasted veg and spinach
D - Hawaiian pasta bake
S - mango, watermelon, jelly (0.5), fibre one (4)

Cherrypi · 05/05/2018 22:19

I had a sugar free irn-bru (because I was intrigued) and a hifi. Think the sp days have made me extra hungry.

Groovee · 06/05/2018 17:07

Busy day today. Did food shop, garden decking shop. Cooking, washing etc. Then went to Burlesque which was good fun but as it's so hot it was very warm.

We're having burgers on rolls with cheese etc for tea.

Got some new ice cream cookies from Iceland in the vienetta range. It's 12 syns for 2 cookies but DH and I shared and so I counted it as 6.

Day off for me and Ds tomorrow but Dd is working and DH is too. Hopefully get a long lie.

Having steak tomorrow for tea. Be nice to have all 4 of us here for tea tomorrow lol.

Sorry been a bit quiet on here, just life getting in the way. Still trying to figure out how to maintain now I'm at target. I've had extra hea and heb all week, and don't feel like I've lost, scales will reveal all tomorrow!
Today I've had;
B - wheaties and yoghurt
L - salad and ham wrap (weight watchers wrap, so heb)
D - lemon and herb chicken tray bake (swartz mix 4.5 for whole mix) peppers and crushed new potatoes.

mayathebee · 06/05/2018 19:31

Well I didn't manage to go for a run yesterday but I did a very hot 10k this morning. I always find that going for a run encourages me to be healthy and eat well for the rest of the day. If nothing else running should be easier when I'm not dragging an extra 4 stone around with me, especially in this heat!

Breakfast - overnight oats
Post run snack - alpen bar (3.5 syn)
Lunch - leftover sticky chicken with couscous and salad (2 syns)
Dinner - salmon, rice and veg with some sweet chilli sauce (2 syn)

I think I might treat myself to a 'solo smoothie' ice lolly later. My new favourite treat at only 2.5 syns.

MumInTheCity · 06/05/2018 19:48

I went to my mums for dinner today, she did a sort of cold buffet but I only had the healthy options, avoided the bread, cheese and quiche so I'm feeling quite proud of myself!

B - orange
L - leftover pasta bake
D - big salad, couscous, chicken breast, hard boiled egg, pickles, extra light mayo (1 syn)
S - raspberries

Haven't had my B choice yet, or many syns so will have a snack later

Oldowl · 07/05/2018 17:27

What a lovely day it is here.

About to do a BBQ for tea.

2.5lb off this morning, so half a pound under target. I do like the morning weigh-ins.

Hope everyone else is keeping on plan as I am finding it tough. I have upped the body magic, cycled 8 miles yesterday and started a Thursday evening walking group. An hour and a half walk flies by when you are chatting!

Testarossa1 · 07/05/2018 17:50

Lost another half pound this morning. So 2lb under target. My consultant said to allow myself a few more syns to try and balance things out a bit, maintaining is tricky!

Groovee · 07/05/2018 18:46

I've added more free fruits into my day instead of having so much speed and see if that helps. We'll see how tomorrow goes.

OP posts:
MumInTheCity · 07/05/2018 22:45

B - 2 sausages (2), bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes
L - nothing, still full from breakfast
D - tuna pasta bake
S - one ryvita fruit crunch (half HEB), Philadelphia light (0.5), hifi bar (other half HEB), yoghurt, raspberries, bag of skips (3.5)

Groovee · 08/05/2018 07:30

Weigh in today... I feel bunged up. Hayfever is bad too.

Having speedy fruit salad with quark. Then an omelette for lunch and Cajun chicken pasta post weigh in.

FrozenMargarita17 · 08/05/2018 08:19

Weighed myself this morning, I've lost 3lb so I'm happy about that!

Groovee · 08/05/2018 08:55

Well done Frozen x

Well done frozen. I lost 2.5lbs, got my 3.5 stone award and slimmer of the month for April so I'm happy.
