Hi all. Congratulations testa. It’s a great feeling isn’t it. 😃 so today is my first day back on plan. Was supposed to be the weekend but things went a bit tits up. But hey. That’s life. So today has been
B. Overnight oats with raspberries
L. Pasta bolognese
Planned chicken. Herby potatoes and salad for dinner.

Posting for accountability

B - 2 weetabix (hexB), with apple and blueberries with 100ml skimmed milk
L - egg, sweet potato, broccoli, salmon, pepper with pinch of mozzarella
D - cheeseburger pasta (hexA) followed by fruit bowl with fat free yoghurt and meringue nest

Snacks - alpen light (3), mozzarella (3), 100ml milk (1.5), half an Aldi toaster waffle (3), meringue nest (3)

Finishing on 13.5

I have no idea why I'm so hungry!!

Glad it's not just me who finds maintaining a whole scary thing!! I'm just carrying on as I was, though did have a few crisps earlier. So for today,
B- branflakes and yoghurt
L - soup , crackers
D - jacket potato and tuna salad

I had an extra HE A&B my first week and lost 1lb. Then gained 1.5lb and 0.5lb! No clue how this week will go.

My sister in law said she had a lot of people join her weight watchers group to help them maintain their slimming world losses. One pound off this week. Weighed in two hours early so that’s going to upset my perfect data.

I am struggling with maintaining and slipping back into old habits.

Avoided WI tonight. Need to get back into a routine and not pick at rubbish just because it is there.

Lost 1.5lb. Had 2 healthy extra A's and B's. Am scratching my head on what to do...

Carrot baked oats, 1 carrot grated, 40g porridge oats, 1 vanilla yoghurt (used Danone 0% fat) mix together, add 1 tsp of mixed spice. Then add in one beaten egg and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 160. I used a silicone muffin tray. So got 6.

Egg muffins, whisk 6 eggs with black pepper. In a silicone muffin tin put whatever filling you want in. I put ham, cheese, spring onion and tomatoes in then fill up with the egg mixture and bake on 160 for 20-30 mins depending on how well they are cooking.

Conference lunch was so-so. Had chicken thighs, rice stuffed pepper, sugar snap peas and salad.

Had sausage pasta for dinner just now.

No idea on syns or anything as don’t know how lunch was cooked but did my best in the circumstances. Tomorrow food will be similar for lunch and I’ve got a syn free dinner planned.

Today I've eaten

B alpen bar (3.5) and apple
L overnight oats
D baked potato with cottage cheese, cheese (hex a) and a salad.

Snacks mini ice lolly (2.5)

My food has been pretty good but I was meant to go for a run and chickened out when I saw the rain Blush. Better get out tomorrow. Off to make the hairy dieters chicken tikka masala for tomorrow.

Well I'm weighing in tonight after last weeks 3.5lb gain! Wish I'd booked a holiday week last week to avoid seeing it - I'd had 3 nights away and a night out and basically SW went out of the window!
But it has shown me that I REALLY do want to lose weight and I've stuck to plan 100% this week - even stuck to slimline tonic on dp's Birthday last Saturday - he loved it as I could drive us!
So I'm hoping to have lost most of the gain and be basically back where I was weeks ago! It's such a slow process. It's totally understandable why people give up!

@Blondeshavemorefun it doesn't taste tomatoey. More velvety cheesy flavour. I use the paprika, onion and garlic powder to burger in a bowl to flavour the mince. I don't add sweetener.

Trying to be sooooooo good this week so have a loss after last weeks sts plus as away on holiday I know I will gain some

B fruit and ff yog
L sw sweet potato stew with cous cous
T possibly sw fry up. Who says needs to be breakfast

I've lost just over 2 stone since November but for the last 4-6 weeks have stalled a bit . I'm not doing anything different in term of meal planning / eating but am doing more excercise . I seem to be stuck on the same weight . Feeling a bit fed up

Hi Pip, dont feel fed up. I stopped losing weight when I first started exercising, I'm not sure but I think it's something to do with your fat changing to muscle.It starts to come off again 😀
