lemony if you are still about FWIW I think you are doing the right thing. If you can’t eat speed then you need to try something else to see if it’s easier/more effective. Fruit and veg is such a big part of SW. Do let us know how you are getting on though.
Had a not so good weekend and booked holiday so I didn’t have to WI yesterday 
Had a really long day out on Sunday and ended up getting a Chinese on the way home as we were exhausted and my will power dissolved. I don’t think it will have been too bad, but the bloat from water retention etc means I would have definitely shown a big gain on the scales. My home scales showed about 5lb on but I know it’s just bloating. I didn’t want it written down in my book though as I’m only currently 1lb away from target (although I might lower it by 2lbs).
Madness how much one salty meal can affect weight, and I find it takes most of the week to come back off. I’m trying to drink loads to flush it through.
I’m at a conference for the next 2 days so I’m hoping lunch is similar to last year where there was chicken breasts and veg/salad. I’ve had weetabix for breakfast and have a banana and an apple in my bag for a mid morning snack.
Going to hot yoga tonight too to hopefully sweat the Chinese out!
