Well done to you losers this week,if you're still trying like i am - stay strong and keep going, you can do this!
Last 3 days i've been really busy and didn't realise until tea that i haven't eaten! I gave up alcohol a little while back (Not for good, just for a break and to help with my weight loss) and i think it affected my appetite and sleep levels more than i previously realised.
I've more energy and am sleeping really well. I decided to use up my excess energy and last night and the night before i put my headphones on with music blasting and went for an hour long brisk walk each night. I'm going to try and carry on with that as it made so much difference to my mood!
My meals in the evening have been SW ones, and i've had fruit and fat free yogurt for dessert and am actually feeling satiated after it. I've got 4 kids and one of those is a 10 month old baby so i'm getting to bed early ish which is helping keep those evenings free of picking and snacking in front of the tv.
If i don't do well at weigh in on Tues this week i'll eat my hat!!!
