groovee that food looks lovely! and I may have to indulge in a Malteser bunny!

After last week's disastrous gain I've been really good. Ive had between 6-15 syns a day and had loads of speed.
I better see a loss on Monday!🤞

Woke up this morning realising that I haven’t lost a single pound in February and only 2in January Blush
Really need to get myself into gear I have a great week then seem to lose the plot I really want to lose as much as possible before my holiday in July so that gives me four full months to get myself sorted. Think I was doing better at class rather than at home but change of work hours means it’s impossible to attend a class regularly.

Does anyone here do any kind of exercise alongside the food bit?

Report

calzone · 25/02/2018 08:33

I’m doing Pilates and aquarobics but don’t think they are fat burning miracles.

I reckon something is better than nothing.

I do Burlesque chair dance and walking. Doesn't lose weight but tones me nicely.

Started swimming last week - makes me feel quite relaxed. Am lucky that I can go early as i start work at 7 and finish at three thirty :)

Put on two pounds last week so at the very least I’d like to take those off- would love to have lost three though. Grin

Good luck to all of tomorrow’s weighers

Good luck to everyone weighing tomorrow. Is it only me that has a weigh in on Fri ? Can anyone tell me whether Covent Garden Soup (300g) can be taken as a HEB if you so desire. I was looking for a soup for dinners seeing as my homemade efforts were such a disaster !!! Smile

Thanks for your reply’s everyone looking to add some exercise in was doing Davina 5week dvd got to week 3 missed couple days and haven’t done it again I must restart that tomorow considering joining the gym again and definetly want to start swinming once a week it’s juat so cold at the minute Hmm my thinking is if I start exercising it may keep me on track foodwose as won’t want to waste time exercising only to eat the calories not sure if it will work but worth a go plus it will get me healthier and fitter instead of getting fatter like I seem to be now lol

Weighing in tomorrow! Not expecting much as we've been at my parents this weekend. So we all went out for a Mexican Saturday night and then a full roast dinner today. Though we have done some walking to try and off set it a bit!!

Report

MumInTheCity · 25/02/2018 20:43

I haven't started doing any proper exercise, though I do intend to at some point. I have been walking a lot more though. Went out for dinner today and had grilled sea bass with salad. Had the dressing on the side and only used about a tbsp of it. Stuck to Diet Coke and avoided the cocktails as well even though they were buy one get one free! I'd better see a loss tomorrow!

B - banana
L - SW quiche and salad
D - sea bass and salad
S - 2 hifis (HEB)
There will have been some syns in the salad dressing and possibly the fish as well if they used oil but I haven't had any other syns today so should be ok.

Lost 3lb this week. Consultant also said I’m in the running for biggest loser. Not sure if she meant in group or life in general 😉

Well done everyone on the losses.

I now weigh in on a Friday. Used to be Tuesday, but new job means Tuesdays are no good.

Has anyone tried the Danone light and free vanilla yoghurt? Bought some from Tesco yesterday, it’s delicious.
