Having lost 4st in 2017... I'm looking at target by Valentine's Day if possible.

Ok I'm trying to meal plan for the nest week. So far I'm thinking
Pasta with spicy tomato and prawns and mussels
Chicken and chorizo casserole (this may out my disguise to long time posters on this thread)
Steak and chips with veg
Roast chicken dinner
Chilli rice and salad
What's everyone's favourite meal to eat? I want to mix things up a bit!

WI for me tonight and another 2lb off. That's 4 consecutive weeks of losses, which I have not had since June last year!! Well chuffed with that.
Just remembered that tomorrow i am leading a conference day at work and I need to take a lunch with me as the venue is most definitely not SW friendly! Oh shucks, I have very little in the house as I havent been food shopping since before Christmas!! I will just have to do my best and fill up before I go and get DD1 to sort a filling dinner for when I get home.
I must get back into planning and thinking ahead again. Christmas has thrown all of that out the window

Hi! I went from a size 16 to an 8 in 2016. I had too many holidays last year and went up to a size 10, not horrendous I know, but I want to book a holiday in July and lose 2 stone before that. That will take me down to a stone less than my original target but I think doable based on what I achieved that year

high five @blankiefan! and everyone else planning and batch cooking.
Loving seeing all these meal plans, they are giving me some good ideas. What is the Mayflower Curry like?
My plan for the week Tues-Mon:
Bacon, butternut squash and sweet potato stew (had this tonight, it was really good)
Meatballs (low fat) and pasta in tomato sauce with some cheese for HexA
bean and rice burritos
homemade soup
Beef ChanaSaag
Cheesy pasta gratin
chilli and rice

Just checking in, been off plan since 22nd Dec. I missed last weeks weigh in but started having some SW friendly meals since 28th Dec with the odd off plan meal and snacks since. Facing the scales tomorrow and I'm expecting at least 4-7lb gain which I totally deserve. Stepping into 2018 a stone lighter than last year so I'm happy with that. Hoping to get to target this year.

DH has gone to the supermarket with a SW friendly shopping list.
Going to make the hot smoked salmon and new potato salad ( page 51 of the Get Set For Success booklet given out in group yesterday) for lunch tomorrow when MiL comes to visit.
I'm going to send leftover Christmas chocolates, biscuits etc with DS2 to share with his mates when he goes back to uni on Saturday.

I’m not very well at the moment so feel a bit down in the dumps.
Usually I would absolutely gorge on crisps and greasy food to cheer myself up, but I’m trying to stay focused on my aim.
Thing is - I’m not actually hungry & I 100% know that I’m not but for some reason can’t switch off the desire for a pick me up (though I am trying to ignore it)
I’m stuck at work in a boring job (though I’m trying to keep busy) but how do other people ignore these cravings? Do you ignore them altogether, use your syns to have something that satisfies the need or are there other things people do to combat? It’s an emotion related thing - I know I don’t need the food!
