A brand new thread for 2016.....:)

For old and new members alike....please join in and post food plans, meal ideas, how you use syns, weight losses and gains, how you feel.

I started exactly a year ago on 4 January 2015.
I weighed 14st 3lbs and was a size 16. Bloated and uncomfortable, I was mortified when I saw the scales.
In week 1, I lost 9lbs which has motivated me ever since.
I currently weigh 11st 3.5lbs and just missed my 3 stone certificate at Xmas. Put on 2lbs last week and not really expecting a loss this week but I want to get to 11 stone and then re set my target to 10 stone 7lbs.

I have gone down to a comfortable size 12 and even wore a size 10 Fat Face dress yesterday.

So, let's do this.

I feel quite excited. SW has definitely changed my life......:)

Ohhh your food looks amazing! don't look at mine hahahaa

BirdingWidow · 14/01/2016 22:00

3.5 off tonight - v chuffed, more than I expected. Am celebrating with a malteaser reindeer! 8.5 syns, I think)

I eat huge meals, still seems to work. I do get better results if I up the speed food ratios though.

OrianaBanana · 14/01/2016 22:03

BirdingWidow I am also a birding widow!

I have also had a vv stressful day and have eaten all sorts. Back on plan tomorrow I am going to try to start with the baked oats my class has been raving about! Smile

Buttwing · 14/01/2016 22:29

Oriana I saw your other thread earlier is everything ok now? I'm not surprised you've not been concentrating on so I'd have been beside myself!

Baked oats are lovely...but I've run out of fruit today, so I'm having magic pancakes tomorrow as I can't make baked oats now you've made me want them, lol.

cowboylover · 14/01/2016 23:03

I have requested you on Instagram. I'm charlesyduke
Our own # could be great! #swmums
Maybe?

Weigh in tonight and I lost 1.5lb so really pleased with that. Also had some great feedback from my consultant that one member last week said my support at the scales was what helped her come back again this week so made my weigh in duties feel worth it and making a difference.

Feeling motivated for the week ahead. 3lb off my new weight bracket and been to pick up the process if I am going to hit my interim target for my holiday so that's my target for the week ahead. Lots of water and speed food for me!

cowboylover · 14/01/2016 23:04

And a snow pic for those without any on my walk back from group

ooh quite a lot of snow... we have a dusting (far N. Scotland)

You can do baked oats without fruit, I always put it on raw after, am buggered if I am synning sodding fruit!

Are you social team? Do you get any perks for doing it? My group leader was asking for anyone interested

cowboylover · 14/01/2016 23:21

Yes I'm on the social team and sometimes take the payments but always prefer doing the scales.

I think perks vary from group to group but I get some tshirts to wear in group, the new umbrella when it came out and some cooks books but nothing is structured or specific.

wowser3 · 15/01/2016 00:53

My day (not been to bed yet)
B = 2x Alpen light bars (HE B)
L = asda cauliflower rice mixed with a tomato mugshot
D = salad with eggs and chicken tikka pieces and quark

Milk in teas for HE A

wowser3 · 15/01/2016 00:56

... Oh and a muller with blackberries

calzone · 15/01/2016 07:32

I'm on the social team too foof.

It makes me go every week and we do have a laugh.....we get a tshirt and a free magazine sometimes.

PrivatePollyPerks · 15/01/2016 07:40

Weigh in today in 2hrs. Wish me luck Smile

ChessieFL · 15/01/2016 07:49

I'm also on social team. I haven't had a t shirt but we get the magazine free and occasionally get to try new hi fi bars before they go on sale. We tend to find out what's new before everyone else too. I like it as it makes me go every week plus I've got to know people better.

BasinHaircut · 15/01/2016 08:45

Good luck polly!

EmilyK83 · 15/01/2016 08:56

buttwing all fine now thank you but struggling to get back on plan now. Wine has been opened (I did only have a glass) but my sis is coming to visit and we do like wine with our chats. Luckily she wants to be healthy at the moment so we're likely to forego the takeaway.

I am hoping calzone missed he thread and doesn't know I ate doughnuts (and pork pies) ConfusedBlush

fooffighter It was shorthand really, he's potty trained but had had an accident and that's the bucket we always use for such things Hmm
