B- overnight oats with berries
L- leftover bacon and squash stew and fruit
D- shepherds pie

S- 2 sugar, 6 hi fi.

Need to revamp my breakfast/ lunch choices. Have become dependent on overnight oats during the week as they're quick and prepared the night before but could really do with saving my hexb for lunchtime for toast with soup or ryvita etc.

Anyone any quick and easy breakfast suggestions, apart from overnight oats and scrambled eggs?

Thanks for ideas everyone. Pre made quiche sounds like a plan!

Whatdoes I've lost almost 2 and a half stone in the last 5 months which I'm happy with (still more to go though!)
Still an ongoing project with me but I can't see me putting it back on as its a change of lifestyle in a way.

We have some target members in our group who have kept the weight off for a number of years (including 1 who lost a whopping 8 and a half stone)
