Harrumph! I'm having a really fed up day today. I had a big chocolate binge last night. I really really struggle with biscuits and chocolate it's the only thing I use my syns on. My meals are always free and I don't really drink just so I can use my syns on sugar. I'm starting to think I've got a problem. It's like the more I have the more I want.
I must confess that I eat mullers and drink diet cokeBlush I'm starting to wonder if by eating/drinking these things it's making me crave sugar more?

I got on the scales this morning (I know I know) and I've put a pound onSad

So today I've decided to ditch the yogurts, ditch the sweet drinks and cut down on the chocolate I NEED to get this last stone and a half off. I've lost half and sodding pound in the last 3 weeks!! I need a slap round the face with a fish (unbattered if course!)

The day looks like this

B-coffee

L- butternut squash soup

D-steak, salad and corn on the cob.

on the subject of dresses, I found a size 16 to fit me yesterday. I started at 20-22, so its a major drop.

Its very slinky and lovely, and Im wearing it to a dinner party on 28th, when I will see people I haven't seen for a year.

I shall be buying some control top tights to pull in the belly, and wearing some killer heels. I need to buy a bolero or similar, as my bingo wings will be on display....anyone seen anything nice lately?

Not a brilliant weekend for me, I do wish weigh-in day was later in the week Blush!

We were out last night at a Mexican and I was doing really well ordering the steak salad. But then had quite a few dips of the dressing. and some of the taco basket. And 3 Corona. And a glass of wine.
I didn't have pudding or even a morsel of the chocolate birthday cake though.

November is a birthday filled month so it's going to be tough. Out for drinks next Saturday and then lunch on the Sunday and it's my birthday on the Monday. I'm also out the following weekend, oh god, and this Thursday ShockSad.

Brilliant news on both wedding and dinner party dress purchases. Well done ThanksStar
