Love that I 'know' a Miss Slinky!
Congratulations Thanks

B: muller light and HiFi bar (other to have later)
L: noodles, tomatoes and mushrooms with soy sauce. Thank god I checked the app as had found some super noodles in the back of the cupboard. When I did SW before they were free!!! Luckily had some plain dried ones.
D: chicken and pasta I think

overitalready · 05/11/2015 13:25

Well done Butt Star

Buttwing · 05/11/2015 15:15

Thanks blonde and overit Smile

Unfortunately I'm not slinky or even a miss just a slightly frazzled looking mum of four usually covered in some kind of food stain or other mess!

FannyFanakapan · 05/11/2015 19:42

b: Eggs, toast, tomato.
l: skinny veg and lentil soup.
d: chicken pie (without the crust) with green beans and sugar snap peas.

Pie (filling) worked out about 1.5 syns each serving for creme fraiche and flour, so actually quite good!

overitalready · 05/11/2015 19:50

Butt you can no longer deny your slinkyness!

B - Coffee, pear

L - Omlette and beans

D - Chicken and prawn Singapore noodles - hmm can't decide if I enjoyed or not

S - Mini twirl

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 05/11/2015 19:50

I was nominated, but I've messaged my consultant and withdrawn.

Well done for your shiny sticker Buttwing :)

sosopurple · 05/11/2015 20:29

Hi all, I started last week and am having a paranoid moment (and a hungry day). Today I've eaten:
Breakfast: total 0% yog with 20g flaked almonds (hexb), raspberries
snack: apple
lunch: salmon, sweet potato (half a big one), M and S cauliflower and quinoa salad without dressing
Snack: banana
Supper: wholemeal pasta and homemade veg tomato sauce
syns: 1 roses caramel choc (?2.5), options hot choc (2)

That just looks to me like an enormous amount of food to me and now i feel that i've eaten too much. i'm comparing it to your food diaries that i've been reading and it seems like much more! do you think i should try and cut out the fruit for snacks?
and the worst part... i could still eat a horse Blush

Pisghetti · 05/11/2015 21:45

That doesn't look like a tremendous amount to me Soso I often eat light on a Thursday in the daytime (weigh in) but have a huge meal going cold on the table if this baby would just go to sleep Hmm

2.5lbs down and into club 10! Chuffed with that. Made some sweet potato and onion Syn free bhajis to go with my curry. Glass of wine poured. Just need to get this baby to SLEEP!

maygirl · 05/11/2015 21:57

Agree it doesn't look like too much Soso, and you have an HeA and syns left if you need them . I think 2 fruit snacks are fine .I'm always hungry after a veg and pasta meal though. I think we'll all eat different amounts depending on body size and activity levels
Well done on club 10,and hope baby lets you eat bhajis soon Pisghetti!

Buttwing · 05/11/2015 21:58

Soso looks fine to me. I would still be hungry after your dinner though, I have to have some kind of meat in my pasta otherwise I'm starving half an hour later!

I managed to dodge the hotdogs, burgers, donuts and all the other crap at bonfire night. Didn't even have a beer from the beer tent! I best have a good loss this week!

OrianaBanana · 06/11/2015 07:37

I am slipping, last week wasn't on plan but I lost 1lb which is dangerous - yesterday I had wine, croissant, rocky road, crisps etc etc.

I have to get my act together now if I want to be size 12 by Christmas! I do feel when I read everyone's diaries I eat far too many syns! Even if I am on plan I usually have 15!

Hello Heyheyhey as well and congratulations to Miss Slinky I mean buttwing Wink

B - coffee with milk (HExA); banana; apple
L - salad with lots of speeeed and some sort of lean protein
D - SW ready meal with veg
S - tea and coffee throughout, 2 X Hifis (HExB) and fruit
I am sure some syns will appear in the evening (whisky, crisps) but if I save lots of syns for then I'll be ok.

Have a good day everyone!

overitalready · 06/11/2015 07:39

Where is this receipe for cauliflower sauce you speak of please calzone?

I see cauliflower rice and pizza but no sauce?

General you withdrew? From miss slinky? Didn't you see the part where you get a sash? Grin

Calzone - Are you accepting your nomination?

FannyFanakapan · 06/11/2015 07:46

Cauliflower sauce. Its sounds awful but we are all converts!

Take a small head of cauli, break into florets and place in a pan of stock (I use marigold boullion) and a garlic clove, chopped up.

Cook to "school dinner" consistency - ie very very very soft almost mushy.

Drain the liquid and retain.

Use a blender to mush the cauli, and add some of the retained liquid to make it the desired consistency.

Lovely with pasta, smokey bacon and mushrooms - and a bit of your hexA on top!

Heyheyheygoodbye · 06/11/2015 08:17

Hi Oriana Smile

Yesterday...
B: banana on whole meal toast (hexb), satsuma (1.5 syns spread)
L: Babybels (hexa), Pops (4 syns), Apple, Yeo Valley yog (3 syns)
D: SW cottage pie, cauliflower, broccoli, Muller Light
S: Satsuma and grapes, another banana

I need to try and trade out some of my drug for veg I think. Enjoying the food so far though.

Heyheyheygoodbye · 06/11/2015 08:17

Fruit not drug!!! Oh god Confused Blush Shock

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 06/11/2015 09:39

If fruit is your drug of choice it's not too shabby Heyheyhey :o

Yes, I withdrew from it. I decided it really wasn't for me. Not had a message from my consultant though so I'm not sure she has seen it. Hope so, not of s mood for standing in front of everyone and wittering on about how fat I am :o

Breakfast was a brew. Weigh in at eleven, lunch will be an almond muffin from Starbucks and precicely feck all else all day to atone for it Wink

Pisghetti · 06/11/2015 14:08

Cauliflower gravy is the in thing in my group and sounds similar Fanny. No garlic and a dash of gravy browning added.

The menu I post is my plan for the day - there's often stuff added that I don't plan for. Yesterday I went over by 4 Syns thanks to an 'amaze bite' (new cadbury's chocolate coated brownie bites - best avoided Blush ) so it sounds better than my actual food log! I'm not as saintly as my menus might suggest.

Plan for today:
B - Weetabix muffins HeB. Ok but felt very hungry not long afterwards.
L - baked potato, leftover diet coke quorn, 40g low fat cheddar HeA
D - leftover Goan squash curry (4 Syns) and rice
Couple of glasses of wine (10 Syns)

Might throw in some baby bel lights and hifi bars as additional healthy extras as the baby is a boob monster.

FannyFanakapan · 06/11/2015 14:46

I lost 2.5lbs - finally!

I really want to lose 4lbs in the next 4 weeks. Certainly achievable. More would be good because then I wont feel awful if I gain over Christmas. ALthough my plan is to maintain over the Christmas week. (but I'll bet you a Terry's chocolate orange that I wont !!)

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 06/11/2015 14:56

-3.5lb. Aiming for the same again next week then I'll get my two stone sticker.

Hoping to get club 10 before Christmas. Onwards!

Heyheyheygoodbye · 06/11/2015 15:55

Wow great losses!!

maygirl · 06/11/2015 17:25

Lol heyheyhey when you said drug veg I assumed you meant speed veg not fruit :)
Great losses everyone .Eaten light so far today as have a huge meal on Sunday and don't want to ruin any weight loss
