New day with sunshine!

Have a great day.....am going to eat less but stuff myself with melon!

Snack - apple, mandarin, baked crisps (4 syns)
L - Mug Shot
D - Korma Curry with Rice (at least 10 syns - haven't bought sauce so will get the lowest I can)
Snacks after dinner - fruit

Weight today - 11'8

B: Toast, eggs, marmite, tomato
L: Stir fry brocolli, salmon
d: Pasta, with cauli sauce, bacon and mushrooms with parmesan (1/2) and 1 laughing cow extra light (1s). WIth fresh tomatoes. Muller for pud.
Sn: apple.

A virtuous day for me, better see those numbers coming down on Friday.

Sounds like a tough week buttwing so a loss is an even bigger achievement.

Woohoo a pound and a half off for me tonight, I'm really pleased Smile
If I lose two and half pounds I will officially weigh 10 stone summfink and will be doing a little dance!!!

Overit thank you for asking dd is better now but unfortunately her younger brother now has it. I feel like all I have done this week is clean up sick and wash bedding! Three out of the four kids have now had it so maybe that might be itConfused wishful thinking!

Good luck Wednesday weigh-ins!
B scrambled eggs, tomatoes, grapes
L ratatouille, salad, cold meat
Snack orange and pineapple, cheese (A)
D salmon baked with lime juice and soy sauce with courgetti, broccoli and chilli flakes
Just enjoying baked apple with mincemeat (B) and low fat yogurt with a couple small glasses wine (9syns). Milk in coffee 3 syns .

Well done to all the losers and Slinkies!

Today has been a bit poorly planned:
B - custard cream 3 Syns (late for sing and sign so no time for breakfast and then she offered us a biscuit at the end.....)
S - small Welsh cake (buying some as a gift and they smelt so good!) 6 Syns
L - baked potato, beans, salad, tbsp coleslaw 4 Syns
S - kinder Santa 4 Syns
D - cauliflower pizza topped with tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, spinach, quorn plus HeA for the cheese

Some great losses this week. Congrats all.

My weigh in tomorrow. Not expecting a lot- fell foul of plain bread earlier in the week and feeling a bit PMT which usually doesn't help. Got my excuses ready Grin

B- melon and raspberries with 0% yoghurt
L- ryvita with tinned salmon and cucumber, fruit
D- leftover shepherds pie

Syns- Mayo with lunch (2), sugar (2), hi fi (3), half a biccie in hairdressers (2) and planning another hi fi later with a cuppa and episode of house of cards.

syns peanuts Blush not huge amount but not measured. if were raw could use 20g as HeB but were not, but won't have anything else for my B

Well done blondie and overit!

Another day at home with poorly little ones and I've not been feeling great either. Got to school and they were selling off all the cakes that didn't get sold at the bake sale at break time today. I bought four, one for each dc and they kept saying take a tray full, have some moreConfusedI don't want they bloody things I will eat them!!!

A Chinese buffet Shock!
My 'do's' are drinks on Saturday night and a carvery Sunday, but I will drink lots of wine! Monday DH is going to take me to lunch for my birthday and then the following week we're going to London on the Friday for wine testing and then dinner ShockConfused
