B: pumpkin porridge - well technically butternut... But made with almondbreeze (1s)

L. Bacon and mushroom omlette with 1 babybell light (2) and a tbs dressing (2)

D: chicken chasseur 3 rice, cabbage, carrots. Muller.

D - s/w ready meal of chicken and med pasta. Was ok

had the ready made curry sauce last night was rather tasteless. Would use again for quick dinner

B- overnight oats
L- salad and fruit
D- veggie curry and rice (1 sun for flour to thicken)

Syns- 1 sugar, 1 flour, little m and s biccie in cafe (guessing 2). About to have cuppa and hi fi which will be another 3.

Well done everyone that has lost weight this week! Weigh in tomorrow for me as well, hoping for a lose but not sure. Managed to get to the gym 4 times in the last week, all my meals at home have been fine but on the other hand, meals out with kids to over half term not great and a few snacks I shouldn't of had!

Today there was toddler group. There were biscuits, I had none, no problem. There was sugar for coffee, I was strong and had sweetener without too much pain. There were sour cream and chive pringles. I walked away. I might have twitched a little.

I'm wrapping myself a tube up for Christmas and I'm going to snarf the lot to myself for breakfast.

Well done on the losses. I'm having a haircut tomorrow. Obviously a small trim is going to mean a five stone loss on Friday Wink

Hi all,

I used to post here a few months ago but stopped. I have kept up SW but i'm not making progress fast. I've lost 32 pounds and need to lose another 14. At the moment i'm 11lb 10 and would like to be between 10lb7 and 10lb9 by Christmas. So in an effort to focus myself i am committing to keeping a food diary here being totally honest and hopefully i'll shift some weight!

So today:

B: 2 eggs scrambled
Snack: Muller light, Apple
L: Salad with turkey and orange
D: Chicken with mushroom and rice in chicken supreme sauce (4syns)
Syns: Hoping to finish the day on just the 4 in an effort to kick start my motivation.

I find it beneficial to put my diary up because, having written it, I am less likely to snack...because then I'd have to post an addendum..!

The diaries help also because we all share ideas - not just in here, but Calzone's cauliflower sauces is now a favourite in my group too.

Afternoon!

Had haircut. Promptly got rained on and now look just as bad as I did earlier. Bums!

So far today: two coffees, one tea and a mini bag of maltesers. Think maltesers are about five syns. Will check later.

No idea what I'm having for dinner, possibly a scabby horse as I'm starving! I promise to remove the skin and all visible fat... :o

Really need to go shopping. Today has been a bit of a struggle without salad and cooked chicken to hand!

B: muller light, satsuma, HiFi bar (1 left for cuppa later)
L: 2x mini waffle (2s), spaghetti hoops, SW meatballs.
D: SW burger, SW chips, tomatoes and mushrooms
Snacks: Pufts (3.5) fruit

Had the cauliflower pizza for lunch, was lush, thanks for recommending it Pisghetti ! Well done for the losses .
Food today
B weetabix HeB and orange
Lunch cauli pizza with ham, cheese 6 syns, tomato and mushrooms
Dinner will be chickpea curry with cauli rice.
Snacks a homemade cookie, guessing at 4 syns
Milk in coffees and cereal heA

Had additional 4.5 syns wine last night after dance class :)

Hi, hope it's ok for me to join. I've lost quite a bit doing another plan but I've still got a long way to go and it's started to creep back on Shock so I've joined SW as it seems to mostly be about healthy sensible eating and DH fancied it too. We went to our first group last night.

Today has been:

B - Banana on small whole meal toast (hexb) with a teaspoon of spread 1.5 syns
Cup tea splash milk 0.5 syns
L - Cold chicken, babybels (hexa), cherry toms, apple, satsuma
D - DH making SW spag bol full of veg now. Will also have a salad. Yeo Valley rhubarb and custard for afters, 3 syns

Might have some Pufts later and going to try some overnight oats Smile

B - 2 x wm bread HeB, cheddar slice HeA, spinach and eggs.
L - baked potato and beans
S - 3 x baby bel light HeA
D - diet coke quorn, spinach and SW roasted potatoes. Probably some sweetened fromage frais with passion fruit while watching te apprentice.

Cooking with diet coke. Strange... But nice! I'd have it again. Just as well as I've another three portions to eat Grin

L - leftover diet coke quorn with broccoli, 3 x baby bel light HeA
D - not 100% sure but probably Goan squash curry with rice if I can track down the recipe.
Wiiine - DP comes home from working away on Thursday so always wine with dinner.
