There are lots of SW posts which I love reading but was finding it difficult to remember where to post my weigh in and menus for the day.

Hope no one minds me doing this......Smile

I am Calzone and I am 5ft 6'. I joined SW last week and weighed in at 14st 3lbs.
I am doing Dry January and think I have been pretty good this week with my food choices.....

Food today
B......fruit/tea with sk milk
L...2 bread, beans, 2 eggs
D....DH is doing Lebanese and promises it is SW friendly.Smile

So, if you want to do the same.....post and share, otherwise this will be my SW experience.SmileSmile

Hope you're ok fannyfan

fannyfanakapan · 10/02/2015 13:52

thank you silky - just dealing with some personal crap that is sending anxiety sky high and, far from being a stress eater, I just cannot really get enthused.

hstar1995 · 10/02/2015 19:44

Felt a bit disheartened this week due to losing 6 pounds in 4 weeks (I know its better than nothing, but not as much as I wanted) but have decided that the past Is the past and the futures what mattered. Stuck to plan today -

B - banana, Apple, tea with milk (some HeA)

L - beans on toast (HeB). some strawberries. 2 dairylea light triangles (HeA)

D - smash, Bisto, Yorkshire pudding, carrots - 5 syns. Strawberry Muller light.

Plus been gym and going swimming soon. Feel more positive today Smile.

hstar1995 · 12/02/2015 11:53

Yesterday was -

B - raspberries and yogurt

L - Omlette with cheese (HeA), mushrooms and a rasher of bacon (fat cut off).

Snack - 1 square green and blacks, 1 syn

D - blt burger from this months magazine (was gorgeous) in a wholemeal roll (HeB), with cheese (2 syns), lettuce, ketchup (1 syn) and sw chips. Frozen Muller light for dessert.

So all that and only 4 syns!Grin I've discovered I can actually cook homemade burgers, amazing considering last year I could barely boil pasta

Today -

Meeting with people off my course to do a group project, so I had a bowl of pasta n sauce at 11am (with ham and lettuce, pasta 1 syn, milk HeA ) which I hope will see me through until tea.

Tea tonight will be a chicken stir fry with mushrooms, peppers and carrot, plus some blue Dragon stir fry sauce (4 syns). Am busy tidying, doing uni work and gym tonight, so may use my HeB on some Weetabix or toast after the gym

fannyfanakapan · 12/02/2015 12:33

Yesterday:

Combination of stress and toothache, so not much eaten:

B: Bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans. Tea with milk *HE

L: Soup - 1.5 syns

D: some morrocan chicken tagine, with a tiny bit of rice. COntained dried apricots, so counting a couple of syns there too.

Muller light x 2.

Ive just had a nice lunch - Tesco smoked haddock with spinach mornay sauce 1 syn for the whole pack (should serve 2). Yum.

Been drinking tea all day, so need to actually fuel up a bit I think tonight, as Ive had very few carbs over the last week and havent really be following the plan.

fannyfanakapan · 13/02/2015 13:25

silky80 · 14/02/2015 11:07

have had an early weigh in (norm mon) 10st 9 so 3/4 lb lost since Monday. I actually thought I,d only lost 1/4 lb so 3/4 is much better (and that lovely Tom).

Prob going out for lunch / dinner today so not going to worry too much as it's Valentine's Day.

Had some stollen as a treat with my latte for breakfast. I would imagine it is a zillion syns.

Today I think will not count.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone Envy

Imscarlet · 14/02/2015 11:23
