There are lots of SW posts which I love reading but was finding it difficult to remember where to post my weigh in and menus for the day.

Hope no one minds me doing this......Smile

I am Calzone and I am 5ft 6'. I joined SW last week and weighed in at 14st 3lbs.
I am doing Dry January and think I have been pretty good this week with my food choices.....

Food today
B......fruit/tea with sk milk
L...2 bread, beans, 2 eggs
D....DH is doing Lebanese and promises it is SW friendly.Smile

So, if you want to do the same.....post and share, otherwise this will be my SW experience.SmileSmile

B: boiled eggs, toast (HEXB)
L: Baked potato, mexican chicken (1s) cheese (hexA)
D: ikea dinner - oven chips (4.5s) meatballs (20 syns) Shock gravy (2 syns) peas, strawberries.

Snack: ham, salaminis x 4 (4 syns)
Curly Wurly (6 syns)

so around a 40 syn day. Shock and no wine!

I've only had 3 syns so far today. We are in the car at the moment, and dh has had to stop at McDs for some food (I tried to cook something before we left, but it went wrong, so both hungry! ) Medium fries are 11.5 syns according to the app. I can have these as they are within my allocated syns right? (please say yes, I'm already eating them!)

B.....bacon and fried egg sandwich on Kingsmill thin

L.....massive bowl fruit and yoghurt

D.....pasta cheese packet thing with salad

Then went out for dinner to a friend's house. Had a tablespoon of risotto and salad and 2 bites of rhubarb crumble.

L: Sandwich (hexB) with cheese (1/2 hexA) and ham, tomatoe, cucumber.
D: Out for a curry with friends. poppadom, boiled rice, chicken dhansak, chicken skewer, two potato dishes...( a spoon of each). No alcohol and no naan.

1/2 hex A as milk in tea.

So Im not sure how many syns in the curry, so just going to draw a line!

Hi all

Had terrible day yesterday! Started well...
B: scrambled eggs
L: baked potato with salad, tuna and sweetcorn
D: out for friends birthday- risotto and garlic bread
Alcohol ruined it- at least 30 syns between wine and gin Blush

Back on it today!

L: tuna salad, 1/2 slice white bread with scraping of butter ( 2 syns)
D: Heck sausages (4 syns), sweetcorn, new potatoes, salad, BBQ chicken (skin removed), 2 small glasses of wine (9 syns)

15 syns today. Going to have to go syn free this week!

Yesterday was,

40 minute workout @ the gym.

Scrambled egg tomatoes & bacon

Roast beef new potatoes carrots, beans & cauliflower. Gravy pot 2syns.

Ham & salad roll baked crisps & 2 wines 12 syns, in the sunshine, did stretch it with lots of ice.

Today so far is,
60 minutes @ gym power walk

1 toast with chopped egg.
Need to plan

Joining in. First WI tomorrow. Have masses to lose. Have found the first week difficult - esp the lack of alcohol!

Yesterday

B; Bacon sandwich (HexB) with brown sauce (1 syn)
L; Veg Omelette with cherry toms (HexA for cheese)
D; Kedgeree

Snacks; 2 apples.

E xtra Syns; Sugar in tea (3), milk in tea (2.5) Flora (1.5)

B: Yoghurt, fruit
L: Salad with 1 babybel light (1/2 hexA) and fat free dressing, 1 tbs lighter than light mayo (1s). Strawberries.
D: Meatloaf (parmesan 1/2 hexA added) potatoes, broccoli, green beans, gravy (2 syns). Mullerlight.

B....2 LMc sausages (4s!!!Blush), hm baked beans, 2 eggs, 2 hash browns (3s) BlushBlush7 syns for breakfast!!!

L....side order of steamed vegetables in Giraffe, diet coke

D....Nacho Feast with sweet potato wedges, rice and vegetables
Syn free raspberry mousse with fruit.

Tis hard to get hold of though. Asda might do it.

It was still lovely with cheese triangles but didn't spread. Dh's half had mozzarella and jalapeño on it.

Like the nacho feast idea, looks to yummy!!

Wi today, 1.5lb off. Happy days. Been very naughty and had celebratory cream slice, GCSE exams have ended in this house. My son is now human again.

Plan is,
Nacho feast & salad for lunch
Pasta bake & salad/veg for dinner.
Best make bolognaise sauce then. We have a mince mountain in the freezer!!x

For those that buy Muller's, have they shrunk??
There's a new pack format where the cartons are stuck together. They look smaller. Im frugal (tightGrin) and buy what's on offer

D - Ostrich fillet with brown rice and sprouting broccoli.

Syns - 6 so far.

Weight loss - 2.5 pounds.

B - poached egg, wm bread (HeB), grilled toms, beans, 2 bacon medallions.
L - an apple
D - Beef stew

HeA - milk in tea.

Syns - sugar in tea (3), Flora light (0.5)

Have lost 8lb in my first week! So pleased! But now obv worried about next week ...
