I gave in and got Coke Zero. Tasted the same as the full sugar coke. I know it's probably still got lots of syns, but with restructure, redundancies, tears and tantrums at work I needed something!! (And I'm not even being made redundant but the stress in the air isn't good for any of us).
Will do a thirty minute workout later to work it off :)

LaurieFairyCake · 03/06/2015 18:59

Coke Zero is FREE

canny1234 · 04/06/2015 09:51

Congratulations Calzone!
I was really hungry after yesterdays lunch of Okra and tomatoes so ended up eating the Spaghetti Bolognese at 2.30pm.Had a dinner of corn on the cob and crab sticks.I think corn is free?I'm really not sure as I can't find it on the list of free foods.

Does anyone else find the website really difficult to negotiate?I'm inputting my food in the diary and trying to work whether some lactose and gluten-free food are healthy choices.
FannyFanakapan · 04/06/2015 10:33

B: 3 ryvita with lightest cream cheese (1.5s) and salmon. 1 slice toast. (3s) (HEB)

TheBooMonster · 04/06/2015 13:22

canny the online food diary is your friend, my mind was blown (it's the little things) when I discovered it, corn on the cob is free but I think only baby sweetcorn (the type you put in stir-fry) is speed. My only gripe is you can search for food on the app but not save it :/

also if you're on Facebook there is a page called 'syns allowed' that syns prepackaged meals.

I have a dire warning for you all, just because xxhot sauce is only 1/2 a sin a tbsp does not mean you should put the whole tbsp in your food, my god it's so hot I'm dizzy....

b: 2 hi-fi light bars
l: leftover spinach and butternut squash pasta with hexa cheese and aforementioned hot sauce of death.
d: chicken base pizzas with plenty of salad.

got my fitbit charge through today, I'm excited like a child at xmas...

TreeBird16 · 04/06/2015 15:21

I got my 1.5 stone award on tuesday. 22lbs so far. I now weight 12st6lbs. Aiming for 11st7lbs by my holidays in 7 weeks.

I am starting to feel really different about myself. I hadn't realised how low my confidence had gotten. I feel like i'm coming out of hibernation

3.5 lbs off....total 40lbs since 4 Jan. Im very happy, next week I want 1.5lb off so I can get my 3st. Grin

SheHasAWildHeart · 05/06/2015 14:00

I weighed myself and I've lost 1lb in two weeks :/ My sister thinks it's because I work out everyday and that it's muscle - could this be true?

FannyFanakapan · 05/06/2015 15:52

our leader says that exercise can cause you to gain muscle but also to gain fluid - our joints get more fluid around them for protection, and this can add weight too.

I think its more likely hormones...in 3 weeks I gained 1.5, lost 2, lost 3.5. Net loss - 4 lbs in 3 weeks.

annielostit · 05/06/2015 15:56

Good work fanny, !!!!
Shehas, when you workout initially your body can hold fluid so sometimes we don't lose. Fat in the body takes up more space than muscle that's why we can weigh more but look slimmer. Muscles are toned and stay there fat just splodges.
You won't necessarily build much muscle as sw plan in practice runs with a deficit of calories and to build muscles you need extra. Look here at the pictures.x
dietdatabase.com/1-pound-body-fat-facts-pictures/

annielostit · 05/06/2015 17:23

Also forgot to say, you'd have to eat lots of progien to gain muscle & do some weight bearing exercise not usually cardio.x
